Everything was surprisingly good, honestly was not expecting great tasting food. The one thing I turned back because I thought was not good, meaning it was fermented, was the coleslaw. The cashier insisted that was the way it was intended to taste. However, I was able to exchange for something else. Brisket, Ribs, and Pulled Pork were great.

Pick up order: Fair price for what you receive, I do wish they offered sauces as the pulled pork needed some sauce.
Staff was friendly and attentive.
Ribs were falling off the bone but felt a little undercooked, but the flavor was great. Maybe order them well done.
Pulled pork was flavorful and delicious, was just missing some dipping sauce.
Coleslaw: to each their own, but their slaw was something I enjoyed. (Many places serve this differently, but this restaurant does a great job.)
Cornbread: was good, maybe a little too buttery.
I have had a lot of BBQ in this Summit county area and would be open to trying this place again. 7/10 would be review overall.

Great bbq! I got the ribs and brisket and it was what I expected. The sides were not bad. I tried all of the sauces and wish the spicy was more spicy. Overall, a solid place to stop by!

We picked up a brisket lunch at Wildflower passing through Silverthrone not really expecting anything notable. Wow, lucky us for picking a great spot even just for carryout. Portions were great, lots of meat, delicious sides, most importantly meat that is cooked superbly. My brisket was perfectly moist and flavorful. I forgot what sauce I picked but it reminded me of a sweeter Kansas City style sauce; it was phenomenally good sauce. I wish I picked up more sauces to try. BBQ I wasn’t expecting to be this good and it was good enough that I wanted to say something about it. Heck I even just got take out and I wanted to write home about it.

The BBQ is awesome! Brisket was so good, as were the collards and mac. You can get sandwiches or order by the quarter pound quantity. My friend got the Pork Belly BLT, comes with curly fries, slaw and pickles. It was super flavorful and not too heavy. I ended up getting another pound of the brisket to take home. The potato salad is so yummy, seasoned with mustard and pickles, perfectly creamy and tangy.
The atmosphere is chill and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stop. Super convenient for I-70 commuting. I will stop again to try one of their breakfast burritos
Finally stopped for burritos. Brisket was super good. Saucy brisket and lots of it, with eggs and curly fries. Tortilla is toasted so it’s nice and crispy. Friend got the hatch chile and smoked chicken special, looked excellent (pictured below), but I didn’t get a taste before they finished it! Haven’t had BBQ this good since I was last in Texas

Cute little place, excellent food, friendly staff. 100% recommend. The sauces are all great, not too sweet. Melt in your mouth tender meats. The For 2 platter is such a deal. So much food, we 2 definitely got to bring some home.
Can confirm, all still true!

There is no better breakfast burrito in Summit County. I’ve had the brisket burrito, pork belly burrito, and now the hatch green chili smoked chicken burrito. I’ve had them in-house and to-go, and it’s outstanding either way. Crispy golden tortilla, hot ingredients, great sauces. If they put this much love into the rest of their menu, it’s all gotta be great too. A very welcome addition to the area.

Friendly staff, and the BBQ is, in my opinion, the best in Summit. Brisket let the smoke and meat speak for itself, pork belly was juicy and flavorful, and it’s always a good sign when neither needed sauce. Black eyed peas were also on point, would recommend

The amount of food you get for the price isn’t worth it. Ordered a dinner for two and the meat portions were incredibly small for the price. Only got one small slice of brisket and small portion of pulled pork (not even enough for one person). At least there were a handful of ribs. Had to ask if the order was right to double-check if it was for two. Definitely not the place to go if you want a full meal.
