The freshest and best tasting pizza has arrived in Mashpee of Cape Cod. Serving classic brick oven style pizza, baked wings, subs on homemade sub rolls and for desert their home made cheesecake out of their Italian made brick oven and rounding off with the freshest made salads will have you coming back time and time again.
The owners both military veterans and having graduated from a classic old world style pizza school in Staten Island are proud to bring you a unique New York Style fast casual pizza concept to the Cape. They found the key to a great pizza is a solid foundation built by making their own dough and sauce fresh every day and use only the best quality cheeses and then adding only the freshest of ingredients and toppings.

We enjoyed a delightful meal including of two of their signature pizzas, white and buffalo chicken, as well as garlic cheesy fries. The food was delicious and the owners Mike and Lisa were so accommodating and friendly. You can tell they take great pride in their space and its offerings. The location is convenient and the space is fun, with a lot of nostalgic decor and exceptionally clean. We will be back!

This is a great spot. It is obvious, by how clean this place is, there is a lot of pride here. Everything is on display in the open kitchen, so you know exactly what you are getting. Service was friendly, and inviting, but perhaps most importantly, the pizza is quality. This is not your classic Neapolitan pizza, the dough is a little crispier on the bottom, so it holds more toppings, the pizza is nice and thin with a good rise on the edges. There are no fryers, or microwaves in this kitchen, the whole menu comes straight from the rotating pizza ovens, and I will be back to try more!

First time trying Wildfire. Phoned in an order. Was quoted 10 minutes or 45 minutes. Went with the 10 minute time slot. Hustled to get their on time and of course it took 30 minutes. ♂️usually not an issue, but when you pull up with your boat you want to be in and out. Good thing they make a decent pizza or it would be a one and done. Went with a small meatlovers minus the meatball. Good amount of toppings, cooked well. Very good overall tasting. A little grease, but not bad. Sauce was good. Crust had a decent crunch along the edges. Pizza had a little flop but not bad. Very good undercarriage. Very good cheese and good overall taste. Very good overall pizza. They have a very unique rotating oven. No drinking on that job. Pizza gets a Google 4, 7.3 out of ten.

This is the best pizza around and there are many. WF pizzas are coked in an open 625 degree stone oven with a revolving platter. Each pizza is monitored and cooked to perfection. The dough gives a crust like very few found in America and is more like artisan breads found in France and Italy. The sauce is home made and you can taste the difference. Every topping is chosen for quality as well. You CAN taste the difference.
There are allot of pizza places around the Upper Cape but WF is a slice of perfection.

My wife and I recently moved to Mashpee in June of this year and have been systematically trying the pizza at just about every establishment in town. For those that don’t care to read too much, the bottom line is: this is the best pizza we have eaten in Mashpee.
For those who like more detail, we are pizza lovers, and consider ourselves to be quite picky when it comes to pizza. Wildfire hits all the right notes….fresh ingredients, friendly staff (owners are great), eclectic atmosphere, and for what really matters: In our opinion, this is the tastiest pie this side of New Haven. Perfect char on the crust, amazing undercarriage, and the perfect amount of toppings. We had the “Wickedest” and it was hitting on many levels.
I’m not sure why this place had escaped Dave Portnoy when he was on the Cape this summer, because this is his style. Ours too and now our new favorite.
(PSA: ROUTE 130 will be under construction eventually…go around the barriers to Wildfire since the road WILL be open to local businesses)

Met up with some friends who live in Falmouth- They had never been here before and neither have I. Very casual pizza place slinging great pies. Probably one of the better pizza joints down the Cape, thin packed with fresh quality ingredients . I found the prices high, 3 pies and a salad and 5 soda drinks over $100
