I had a wonderful experience at this place. I ordered a customized omelet, which was generously portioned and packed with flavor. The taste was excellent, and the honey toffee latte was equally impressive. The service was attentive and professional throughout our visit.
Please note that there was approximately a one-hour wait when we arrived for brunch around 11:30 AM, so it’s advisable to be prepared for a wait if you don’t have a reservation. I’m not certain whether reservations are accepted. All in all its a must visit.

We recently visited Wildberry Pancakes & Cafe and overall had a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious — everything tasted fresh, well-prepared, and clearly made with care. The service also stood out: friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. While the atmosphere didn’t fully match our expectations and felt more like a typical mall food court than a cozy café, it didn’t take away from the quality of the experience. The flavors and service truly made up for it. We would definitely come back for the food alone and happily recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty and reliable breakfast or brunch spot.

We came in on a Sunday after church around 1 pm. I joined the waitlist on Yelp before leaving church, so our wait time was short despite how busy and packed it was (which is expected for Wildberry!). We had a table for six and were seated in a booth. The place was clean and the staff was friendly.

I ordered a custom skillet and upgraded my pancakes to the Signature Berry Bliss Pancakes, while my boyfriend ordered the Los Altos Benedict with a side of regular pancakes. My skillet was good, though the potatoes were a bit mushy and under-seasoned, and the dish overall was a little heavy on the cheese. The pancakes were delicious as always!

My boyfriend said his dish was good, though the sauce tasted a bit off. In all the hustle and bustle, we didn’t realize until near the end of our meal that his side of pancakes never arrived. I mentioned it to our waitress when paying, and she was very kind—apologized and took a couple dollars off our bill, which we appreciated.

We asked to split the check in half, and I was a bit surprised to see a 20% automatic tip added to each check. We’ve been here many times before, and while this visit was a bit more average compared to past experiences, the food and atmosphere still make it a favorite breakfast spot for us. I’m sure we’ll be back again in the future!

Me and my significant other came down from Indy for the weekend and wanted to try out a local place. This was a great spot! Deena was our server and she was amazing! Very attentive, such a sweetheart!
The food was so great! Definitely worth the visit, that’s for sure. We got the salted caramel crepes and the berry bliss pancakes, great portions so come hungry! They fill up pretty quickly right after they opened and I can see why!

We had a very disappointing experience at Wildberry during our visit to Chicago. The food was genuinely good, but the service and overall treatment of our family made this a place we wouldn’t return to.

We were made to wait outside in cold, windy weather and were not allowed to step inside to use the restroom while waiting. After being seated, we were asked to leave our table and go back outside until the rest of our party arrived, then reseated at a different booth. We had our baby with us, who sat on my lap the entire meal because there was no high chair or room for one.

Service was extremely slow. We waited a long time for drinks, received no refills, and no one checked on our table. We eventually had to ask a manager just to place our order. When the food arrived, it took a long time to receive syrup and butter, so the food was cold by then.

There is a note on the menu about a 20% gratuity for parties over five, which we missed at first. That said, there was also a 3.5% service fee added that we did not see clearly posted. This review is not about the cost. We always tip generously. It is about feeling unwelcome and dismissed throughout the entire experience.

The food itself was very good, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Unfortunately, the service and attitude from staff and management overshadowed what could have been a great meal.

The entire experience was amazing overall. The wait time was great to get in with having many people lining up to get their spot on a Monday morning. I got the Mexicana with pancakes while my other half got the Chicago Eggs Benedict. They both came out fast and tasted delicious. I can’t forget to mention the hot caramel macchiato coffee was the perfect way to start my day. Highly recommended!

Wildbury Café never disappoints! Our server, Don Z, was friendly, attentive, and made our visit a great experience. I ordered the chicken and waffles along with a sweet beet juice — both were absolutely amazing! It was my first time trying WB’s cold pressed sweet beet juice, and I’ll definitely be ordering it again. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. As usual, the service was excellent and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Highly recommend Wildbury Café for anyone looking for great food and even better service!

One of the top spots in Chicago for breakfast and brunch, this restaurant stands out with its multiple locations across the city. The food is consistently delicious, portions are generous, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Service is excellent, with staff offering warm hospitality that enhances the dining experience. A visit here is highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a satisfying and memorable meal.

This restaurant is huge with an extensive menu. We came for breakfast/brunch. The service and time to deliver food was great. The food portion was very big, we only finished half of each item. Overall the food was good but not amazing. It’s high volume, decent price type of place. If you want big portion and have a big group this is a good place.

We ate here on Labor Day. We called ahead, to ensure they allow dogs on the outdoor patio. Not only did they allow our puppy to enter, they were nice enough to provide a dog dish of water, and fresh fruit for him.

Our server, whose name we didn’t catch, was delightful – attentive, kind, and made us feel welcome. Service was very fast. The banana cream pie pancakes were possibly the best specialty pancakes I have ever sampled. My boyfriend got the Denver omelette, as a skillet. And we also got the Mexicana skillet. All the food arrived hot, and was plated in an eye-catching way. We will definitely return.
