We came in for dinner on a Thursday evening about 6. There was only one waitress, so service was a bit slow. However, once she had a moment to visit our table, we had a great experience. Our party ordered a steamed veggie plate, chicken lo-mein, and a bento box with cashew nut chicken, California rolls, and a pork egg rolls. The food came out quickly, and was very tasty. Would definitely return.

Build your own was excellent! Steak, onion and carrots!! Very very good. They have a lot of sushi there too. Everything was steaming hot. Give them a try.

Food may be decent however if the customer service from the owner of the restaurant is incompetent I throw the whole restaurant away. I had a very sad experience tonight with the man at the front desk due to his rushing and his attitude and smart laughing comments and the owner refused to provide me with the number to the corporate office to file a formal complaint he decided he wanted to do what he wanted to do and just “talk” to the employee. I did not feel that was good enough seeing as though the employee thought the matter was funny as I explained it to the owner and he also whispered something to the owner in their language and still the owner refused to provide me with the number and then asked if I wanted him to call the police??? I said, “For what, asking for a number?” So I see exactly why people blast companies and record them but, I felt like doing it tonight. I feel like my rights were completely violated however, RIGHT IS RIGHT AND WRONG IS WRONG so to owner, I will locate the phone number to Wild Wok Corporate no problem however, to the man to the front desk that thought the issue was SOOOOO funny , let’s see who has the final giggles. And to think, I was actually thinking about changing locations due to all of the specialty items….. You have to watch who you violate. Be BLESSED

The food is getting only one star, and that is for the dumplings that was the only good part of the meal besides the soda we drank. The sauce for my entree was thick and goopy, and the dish had no flavor. Had to drowned it in soy sauce. We had to tell the waiter to bring us utensils and napkins on separate occasions after bringing our food. My son had finished his drink, the waiter asked if we needed anything, my son showed him his empty glass and he looked at us like “what?” Had to literally tell him to get more. My son had sushi and here are his thoughts on it:

This was my first time dining at Wild Wok and I was pleasantly surprised. Everything we had was delicious. It was freshly made and there wasn’t a long wait for our food. It got much busier at about 6pm for dining in and pickup orders. I noticed that the pickup orders took longer than I expected.

Terrible experience here tonight. Will never come back. Waiter was on drugs or high on something! Almost fell on my wife. Got a slick mouth with my daughter. Tall white guy. Never go back. Spoke to owner, and he told us the waiter was just crazy?? Do not go here. Go to the location by the mall. Trust me. This place is the worst if the worst. Nobody speaks good English either. And ordered a to-go order, guess what, missing half the order. No seaweed salad. This place is trash.

Had a great time at the Restaurant, the service was great due to our waitress checking on us very often. The food was great and the prices were fair. We were able to catch half off on the sushi menu aswell.

Got sushi takeout. It was excellent. Fresh, beautifully prepared while we waited at the bar. The place has a pleasing, comfortable atmosphere. Would like to return and dine in.

We each had 1 drink and shared an appetizer. Each had entrée. With tip came to 74 dollars. We went a little before 5 but it filled up quickly afterwards. We will go again.
