Good chicken wigns with many sauces to choose from. I tried the cafe upon recommendation and need to admit a good choice. Even the cafe was full of people (Duke vs NC game) the order came quickly. I liked the chosen flavors HOT, Korena BBQ and Spicy Parmesan but am sure you will find your good choice.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wild Wing Cafe. I ordered a 10-piece wing pick-up order expecting a standard mix, but instead received eight flats and only two drums, which was not what I ordered or what most customers would reasonably expect.
What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability afterward. When I got home and discovered the issue, I called the restaurant three times to have it corrected, and no one answered the phone. At that point, I was left with no way to resolve the unbalanced mix.
This experience reflects poor quality control and even worse customer service. I should not have to accept an incorrect order with no ability to reach the restaurant for support. I am extremely disappointed and will think long and hard before deciding whether to patronize this location again.

The food was good! Especially the Boss wings. It looks burnt but that’s how it’s made. Daquan was a cool server and recommended that Boss and General wings. Chill place!

Great Wings, Bad Experience with Broken Glass
Short review… Made a quick stop here before a concert, and the wings were fantastic. Highly recommend the Medium, Gold Rush, and The General: flavorful and cooked just right.
Unfortunately, I was served a cider in a cracked and chipped mug. Not sure how that got past anyone, but glass and drinks don’t mix well. Maybe just an honest mistake after the dishwasher, bartender, and waiter all touched it but who knows. Either way, broken glass behind the bar is a major concern.

Came in to watch the Bears play the packers. Me and my daughter shared some wing fries and separate drinks. The peachy flavored wing were a hit. The ginger ones were ok. The flavored lemonade mixed with sweet tea was really good. The service was good. They had a DJ that was playing good music. Please pause the dj when the game is playing and play music during the commercial breaks. I will come back here and eat again.

I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla along with onion rings and chicken wings. I received 2 orders of-onion rings and no chicken Quesadillas. I was stupid enough to believe they would get the order right. When I arrived home, the order was wrong. When I tried to contact the restaurant, the phone would ring for over a minute, then to go to fast busy. I will never go to Wild Wings again unless they make things right. A horrible experience.

Great service, great prices, and the food has been surprisingly flavorful for bar food. The only downside was the music was WAY too loud. My voice is raw from screaming all night, just trying to have a simple conversation. Even with screaming, my friend could barely hear me. The music was entertaining but some people just came to drink and hang out. Please turn down the music.

I was once a huge fan of this restaurant when it first opened and we even have visited multiple locations, and it used to be our favorite spot for wings. However, after an absence of about eight years, my recent Friday night visit at 6:00 PM was extremely disappointing.
Friday Understaffed & Delayed Service: A single, overwhelmed server was tasked with managing 6, eventually 8, tables in a quiet restaurant at 6:00 PM on a Friday. This significantly impacted service for everyone. Although the server remained pleasant and professional (always maintaining a smile), they appeared unaware of the severe kitchen/service delays. The service delays were magnified because we were traveling with small children, who have a limited time tolerance in a restaurant setting. And he even acknowledged having small kids himself but no awareness of the passing time and their frustrations…
Food Safety/Health Score: We noted the current 90 food rating, which aligned with our poor experience. And in Raleigh we really try hard not to dine in below 95…
Wait Times: It took 40 minutes for our appetizer to arrive, and due to the server’s overload, the resolution for the issue (detailed below) was delayed. This time constraint was particularly difficult as we were traveling with small children, who have limited patience in a restaurant setting.
Food Quality Failures:
Chicken Dip: The appetizer arrived as a solid, un-dippable glob of chicken and cheese. We received an apology and a refund, but the delay in resolution meant our main courses arrived just as the refund was being processed, leaving us starved.
Wife’s Wrap: The wrap was a complete failure, described as a “soaking mess” of butter and buffalo sauce, making it barely edible.
Wings: The wings were the only bright spot—they were crunchy and the flavor was good, though the size was notably small.
Overall, the operational issues and food failures far outweighed any positive memories. I advise guests to proceed with caution when visiting… This visit truly let us down And we won’t be back.

Great venue, good bands, and gidd wings. Fun place, except there are never enough bartenders, so getting a drink is hard. On Halloween, the place was packed for a costume event, with 2 working bartenders. They did their best but the place lost money because of that. I couldn’t get a drink!

When did this place get so expensive??!! I guess the same can be said for a lot of places now. I had not been in some years and had some menu price shock. Nonetheless, the chicken bacon ranch dip and buffarello wrap were both great!! We also had the mozzarella sticks, and this were ok. I didn’t really care for the fries or the macaroni (which they consider a “premium” side for what seems straight out of a box). Overall, it may be another few years before I go back…
