To be fair, I was not really hungary but went to the Wild West to be with family and friends. I ordered one of the lighter meals–a steak sandwich, broiled medium. What a got was an overdone piece of meat, black on the outside and a queasy gray on the inside served on a hot dog bun. The baked potato side was about 2/3 cooked with a hard and cold interior wrapped in foil. There was no butter served with the potato nor did the pepper mill work. The waitress seemed overwhelmed even though there were few people in the place. Also, since it is advertised as a ‘saloon’, there was no beer on tap.
