The food here was amazing!
But the service was absolutely horrible, my family and I were seated right away but waited 20 min until our server came to our table, we saw 2 family’s get seated after us & they had their appetizers on their tables before we even had water on ours.
I never say this but this definitely felt like a racial discrimination issue.

Waitress was great, food was perfect. Did not take long to get, we waited for a table longer than it took for our food. The food is made fresh to order with an open kitchen to watch them make the dough and a pizza. The bread basket is HUGE, only had a couple pieces and had plenty left over. The prices are very decent for the amount and quality of the food. Very clean inside and out. You can also buy souvenir shirts, and some other items.

12/28/25 Update: Excellent as usual, changed to little pizza boxes from the black plastic that was too small, nice upgrade!!!
Bought some more take and bake pizzas from the fridge, they are great!!
Great customer service! Good food. Beautiful weather, so sat outside. The outside areas are dog friendly, so 3 separate, well-behaved pups were in the patio area. We were greeted immediately and orders were taken promptly. Drinks came while the pizzas were being made. The only negative was stacking and jamming xl slices of pizza into plastic take-home containers…no cardboard boxes.
September 2025, too cold for outside, so enjoyed the great service and food indoors. The employee dressed up like Flava-flave was entertaining!

We showed up with a party of 7 and got immediate seating outside. Our server, Connor, was super attentive, friendly, and helped make our experience great. For our appetizers, we got the bread basket and the cheese curds, and both were delicious!! Some of the best cheese curds I’ve had, and I eat them a lot. We loved that you could do half and half pizzas, which made choosing so easy. We even had a pizza come out not so half and half, and to make up for it, they made us another one, without us even saying anything! Talk about great service! Highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic experience at Wild Tomato! The pizza was absolutely delicious—everyone in our group loved it. The service was fast, friendly, and really on point, which made the whole visit even better.
Everything came out fresh and hot, and we didn’t have to wait long at all. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, making it a great spot for a casual meal.

One of the amazing pizza. We had veggie pizza and burrata. The pizza had a mix of fresh mozzarella and other cheese. It was really delicious!

Vacationing for our 40th wedding anniversary. Wanted something memorable in taste. The Wild Tomato delivered, to my surprise, because who hasn’t had good pizza? But the cherry -walnut salad with goat cheese? Fantastic! We’re not from WI, but had seen this on the menu in different places. Glad we tried it! Really good! As was the Bread Basket variety of fantastic fresh breads with different seasonings. The pizza choices were artisan quality, too. Delicióso!

Amazing!! They accommodated my food allergies and it was the best pizza I’ve ever had! A must stop if you are you in Door County! Our waiter Hans was so awesome in recommending our selections! It was also fun to see the chef making and tossing the dough. The wood fire ovens were out in the open so you could see them cooking. What a great experience!

Such great food! Crust is hand tossed and baked in wood fire oven. It’s just ah maze zing! It was maybe an hour wait and we’ll worth it! Order large and eat the leftovers the next day!

Waiting over an hour for pie must really be something. This was my first pesto pie. This place was literally packed for this event. Who would have thought a cherry drop would have attracted so may people. Very good pie. So worth the hassle.
