Mustangs favorite local coffee shop! We seek to offer caffeine, community and connection through Oklahoma made products. Our beans are locally roasted in Stillwater, OK and we offer a variety of teas, frozen drinks, pastries and sandwiches. Christy and Sheila (mother and daughter) run the shop together, with a group of wonderful team members. We look forward to meeting you!

I absolutely love this place! My whole family has been coming here for years, to old and new locations! Today I had the pleasure of meeting Destiny and she’s the absolute best! She’s my new favorite coffee girl! She was so sweet, immediately greeted with a smile, didn’t felt rushed but was still so quick with my coffee and food items. I can’t wait to see more of her bright personality and beautiful face around there!

For the great quality, reasonable prices, and good service, Wild Hero Coffee Co is the place to stop by for some good coffee (and other drinks and snacks) in Mustang! Although I was never in a rush whenever I visited, my drinks were made quite quickly yet always hit the mark! I hope to try some of their other drinks with each future visit.
So far, I tried the Regular Hot Cinnamon Delight Latte, the Regular Hot S’mores Latte, and the Regular Hot and Iced versions of the Wild Honey and Cinnamon Latte. Out of all of them, it is hard to pick a favorite! However, I feel that the Cinnamon Delight Latte and Wild Honey and Cinnamon Lattes would be more of my regular go-to option.
The Cinnamon Delight Latte has just the right amount of sweetness for me personally—just a light amount! When I tried it, I was in a great need of a pick-me-up, and it certainly did just that. It was not too strong as a drink in the best way possible with its subtle but present cinnamon flavors. This Latte was at a comfortable temperature and felt really warming!
The S’mores Latte was a very solid drink! The espresso was nicely apparent, and it looked gorgeous. The crushed graham crackers and chocolate syrup added some sweetness. That was balanced well with coffee itself. Overall, these added a nice texture to this rich drink! I do not know if it was just be but it really did remind me of the campfire warmth!
The Wild Honey and Cinnamon Lattes were just as delicious too. It also had the right amount of sweetness without being too much! Honey is always nice as a sweetener, and I love cinnamon—it is great paired together!
The interior was quite nice and relaxing. It was always clean when I came in, and I felt encouraged to continue my work inside. The employees here were always polite too! I think Wild Hero Coffee Co will be my nice, nearby spot for coffee in the future!

Love this local coffee hang out spot! I’ve been many times, but the other day my friend and I tried the fall flavor sampler. The blueberry crumble was my favorite.

I will start by saying I love small business and also when people work hard to give good service. So this is an owner issue and not the girls working behind the counter.
Prices…should be slightly lower than starbucks down the steet and the specialty items we ordered were about $1 more than the bucks. The cinnamon roll was high for sure at almost $6.
Service…it should not take 15 minutes for a latte to come out hot. That is on the owner for not up-staffing for a busy sunday morning.
Taste…all items were really tasty and there were no quality issues.
Stock…no forks available for cinnamon roll. Or plastic knives to cut the cinnamon roll.
Ambience…mood music is good, furniture is new and comfy, lighting is utilitarian and too bright. “The feel” of a niche coffee shop should be warm and almost brooding (think old basement or dive bar) so that you step into a different world. Now this is cowboy themed so you could do it up so cool. But again that is an owner not wanting to spend the resources sweat or tears to get to that point.
Overall grade is probably a C- mostly because of convenience and taste.
C’mon Hero, get on that horsey and blow us away with effort!

Seriously one of the best LOCAL coffee joints. Not only is it so good. Their service and atmosphere is on point. But check out the sweet note they add to my drink, seriously so sweet! Yall keep it up!!

First time visit, and I really liked this shop! I saw that some of the reviews recommend the Honey Vanilla Latte, so I gave it a try and really liked it! Not many coffee shops do a great job of blended drinks, but this one definitely does a good job at it. The staff were kind as well

Flip Out
We’ve wanted to give Wild Hero Coffee a try for a while and finally had a chance to stop in. It was a great coffee shop and Mrs. Flip Out anticipates that it will be a new go-to as a work space. She tried their regular iced latte and loved it. Since she likes lighter roasts, she said it was perfect and it had an almost sweet quality to it, even though it didn’t have any flavors or sweeteners. I tried their frozen Cinnamon Delight, and it will come as no surprise to you all, with no coffee or espresso. They used a vanilla base with the cinnamon syrup and it was by far one of the best frozen drinks that I’ve tried. I really liked it. Our barista offered a small kiddie cup of whipped cream with mini marshmallows for Little Flip Out and he thought that was pretty cool to get something at the coffee shop, too. Their pastry case had a variety of baked goods, some baked in-house and others from local bakeries. We didn’t try anything this trip but it all looked delicious. Service was excellent. Whether you stop in or drive through, Wild Hero’s definitely worth trying.

We ordered using the mobile app. We were there 10 minutes before it said to be ready. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and coffee. While watching them prepare our coffee we saw them drop what they were doing to get the drive thru and then forget to stir our lattes. We have given grace since they moved buildings because we know they are locally owned and we absolutely loved their coffee when they were doing good. The service and coffee are now awful. We will not be returning and we will be sharing this experience with others to help then avoid the headache.

I needed a place to kill time before my flight, and I found this cafe. I really enjoyed my iced Americano while I worked. The service was quick and friendly. I also appreciated the nearby outlets to charge my devices before going to the airport.

I came into the shop at 8:45 am Wednesday 11/26. There was two customers sitting that was already served their drinks, two ladies in front of me, they received their drinks, that’s a total of for customs not including myself, I ordered a punkin latte, and a Carmel ice cappuccino. Their was 4 young ladies working the counter, I was served my latte and I asked about my second drink and they failed to make it, said they forgot, i told them to just forget it and refund me. I’m sorry, but not sorry to voice my complaint, my wife and I like to support local businesses, but the lack of attention to my order is disappointing, especially when there were more employees than customers in the shop. With all this said, not sure if I will come back after the lack of care the employees displayed, they are more worried about visiting with one another than taking care of customers.
