I was really happy when this place opened. There’s not much here in Torrington, so a new business is always exciting. The times I went here, the quality was good and the service was friendly. But then, they had to go and post something on Instagram that made it clear they did not care about people like me. They will not be getting any more of my business, and I will be encouraging others to follow suit.
