My first time here and I am such a fan! I was planning on taking half of my food home for a midnight snack but I ended up crushing both rolls in one sitting … they were THAT good. I got the Kamikaze Roll and the Golden Dream Roll. The manager Sharon was so lovely and sweet. The girls working the counter and dining room were polite and helpful as well! 10/10 service, food and experience, I’ll be back!

Great ramen spot in Long Island. They advertise as an ‘express’ eatery and take out restaurant, and that’s the feel. It’s casual but yummy dining. Seebing sizes were huge and we left feeling full and satisfied. The chili oil elevated the ramen for me. The filet mignon hibachi was warming and satisfying.
Wait staff was attentive and great!

We knew it was going to be excellent just because of the owners. Everything was fresh, hot and so tasty. Well balanced seasoning. Nothing was overly salty or sweet. Everything was cooked perfectly. We enjoyed the Bao, ramen, Habachi, and scallops.
Definitely give them a try!!

Had the Szezuan Beef, and it was good but the sauce was more galic and less spicy. Fried rice slapped as usual though. Food took a while to arrive, but was worth the wait. Order the right food and it’s affordable.

The full experience of food and service was awesome for lunch. I had the Hibachi Chicken/Beef with vegetables and white rice which was very good! The portion size was huge. My favorite was their Wonton soup that had a nice clear but rich both and small tender wontons. BAM! Id eat this again without question.

I must say , it was my first visit tonight to the Wild Ginger Express in Smithtown. And I just say the whole experience from start to finish was amazing excellent
We ordered Hibachi at the front desk from a charming and helpful young lady named Payton , and she couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating.
Out food was perfectly cooked and prepared , along with Payton checking on us every step of the way .
Needless to say I WILL be going back and telling everyone I know what a amazing place and equally amazing service we received

I ordered through Uber Eats, and the food seemed to have been reheated, as it didn’t taste or look fresh. It made me wonder if they put less effort or use older food for delivery orders. If someone mentioned that, I wouldn’t be surprised.

Very tasty! The food was very good my only suggestion would be to have fried egg as an optional add on for the bowls to really set them over the top
UPDATE: The chicken hibachi dish is the best thing around! Enormous portion of chicken with all the sauces and it comes with a drink all for about 15 bucks. Even during happy/lunch hour at regular japanese restaurants you can not get chicken hibachi for this price and that is without a drink….this is the only place you’re gonna need!

Cute cafe style eatery. The savory beef scallion crepes were incredible!! Love the Chasu ramen too! So glad this place is around!
