I actually had a good review in mind by the end of my meal, however I went to the restroom before I left and that changed everything.
A backstage employee came into the restroom to use it and afterwards walked right out without washing his hands! That completely disgusted me and I know I will never eat here again!

We went today, they only had one server (bless her heart, she was running like crazy) but service was SUPER slow. We finally got our food an hour later and it was terrible. I neverrrr send food back, but it was awful. My husband’s was also not good at all, but we didn’t want to seem like we were out to just send everything back so we kept his. He ordered general tso’s, it was like terrible sweet and sour with some red pepper flakes. We took his home, honestly, we will probably feed it to the chickens

I always get the Wild Ginger Garden Salad, Hot and Sour Soup, and whatever Maki Roll I’m in the mood for. Today it was an Alaska Roll.
Their hot and sour soup is the best I’ve ever had. I got 4 quarts to take home, and almost always get 2-6 quarts, depending on what the Mrs wants for dinner. It freezes well also.
The wild ginger garden salad with their house sweet ginger dressing is phenomenal. And one of the most beautiful salads I’ve ever laid eyes on.
I can’t speak to people that left poor reviews, but I’ve never had anything but EXCELLENT at Wild Ginger.

Waited 20 minutes for drinks, an hour for appetizers, two hours for half the groups food, and the second half of the group had to wait a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes for their food. Food was not outstanding.

By far my favorite Chinese food. Real and authentic. I went to Hong Kong when their parents owned it and I’m so glad the kids followed their parents footsteps and brought back their recipes to Wild Ginger. My husband says it’s upscale Chinese. Highly recommend

Very sad to leave any business a 1 star but this place deserves it. Food was horrible soupy undercooked/maybe old meat kinda slimy looking, and it didn’t look or taste appealing at all. It was very disappointing we called to address the issue, and customer service wasn’t any better. Save your money. Read recent reviews. Hopefully, they can get it together and tighten things up .

Oh we Wild Ginger! The food is fresh with homemade sauces from sweet and sour sauce to a homemade sweet soy sauce. And ohhh the sushi is tasty! I need to mention the pricing is very affordable and we always leave with a full tummy and change in our pocket!

I think we just found our new favorite place to eat. We couldn’t decide which things sounded best so we took a chance and ordered them all. Everything was delicious and we got to take home a ton of yummy leftovers. The service was friendly and we enjoyed a very pleasant, leisurely meal. Definitely coming back and bringing friends!
