Local here who felt like we got out of Pagosa for a night and only had to drive downtown.
We started with the Brussels sprouts and it was a Large portion! I planned to eat some and save the rest for my entree but we devoured it.
Their menu is seasonal and ever changing and I wish I had taken a photo of the menu, but I had the short ribs with glazed carrots and a puree, my husband had the ribeye steak with mash and broccolini, and we shared the pumpkin risotto.
The short ribs were so tender and falling off. All the flavors worked well. Even though the risotto is an entree, I had to get to go with my short ribs.
The sauce for the fries was also pretty dank!
The only negative thing would be the Ribeye. The cut was wrong and so very grisly, and not very flavorful. A sauce would help.
The portions of what we had from this menu were on point. The biggest take away, for me, was that we felt like we overindulged but we didn’t feel uncomfortably full. The first restaurant in town that I did not feel bloated, and that says a lot of their ingredients and the quality.
We will absolutely be back and request Malory as our server again, and Michelle for our bartender.
20/10 experience. We went at night and it was beautiful and the vibe was great.
Oh! You can even eat the very tops of the carrots as they are like almost like a sugary glaze that’s crunchy.

My husband and I had our anniversary dinner at Wild Finch and were thrilled with the food and service. The rose petals and glasses of champagne were a sweet touch, and the cocktails were excellent. We ordered the chicken-fried elk and duroc pork chop—fantastic entrees. And for dessert, the Campfire Girl was perfect: vanilla ice cream + chocolate + potato chip crumbles. So delicious. To top it off, we had the best server, Anthony, taking care of us. He was incredibly attentive and kind. 10/10 experience!

Best new restaurant in the area. Server was super nice and food was excellent. Wide array of wines, including my favorite The Prisoner, decent wine prices (prisoner is 35-40 at sams/costco 85 here). Opted for a nice 35 malbec which didn’t disappoint. Would definitely recommend coming here if you are staying. You can buy vouchers ahead of time for $50 that gives you $60.

This meal was the perfect ending to our hot springs trip at the Pagosa resort. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Food was delicious. I ordered the “simple” Wagyu strip steak that came with mushrooms and potatoes. It was perfectly cooked to my liking and the meat was very tender and well seasoned. My friends got the local salmon and they said it was also delicious. The grilled veggies with harissa was also simple but good. For dessert, we got the Campfire Girl and the Panna Cotta. Both were amazing. If you are going to the hot springs I highly recommend this place!

We had a really great dinner at The Wild Finch in Pagosa Springs. We ordered the pumpkin risotto and the fries with black garlic and dipping sauce, and both dishes were excellent. The risotto was rich, seasonal, and full of great flavor, and the fries with the black garlic and dipping sauce were unique and absolutely delicious.
For dessert, we had the peanut butter tart. It was rich and decadent, but perfectly balanced by the cream and berry sauce, which kept it from feeling too heavy. It was a great way to finish the meal.
Our server, Morgan, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Great food, great service, and a really enjoyable atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back.

Wow is all I can say. The food.. the service. You can tell how much care and precision went into each menu item. Amazing composition throughout. Highly recommend Mom’s Clams. Treat yourself to a Lime in the Coconut dessert.. you won’t regret it! Amaya was our server and so knowledgeable of all the menu items. Definitely worth a stop if you’re looking for a night out in Pagosa Springs!

Phenomenal food and servíce in a gorgeous setting! Very interesting, thoughtful, and delicious menu. Wild Finch provides fantastic gluten free and vegan options that are excellent choices for all diners. They treated my group like family. After a relaxing massage and dip in the springs it was pure heaven to watch the sun set as we dined on world class cuisine. We ate dinner there theee nights in a row it was so good!

Over all experience was fantastic! My family goes here all the time and it was definitely all the rage. Morgan was a great server and had some great recommendations, like the duck. We had 3 desserts and the peach and campfire were my favorite. Tristin came and checked on us and was super nice. Jack also introduced himself and made sure we were good on drinks! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a nice restaurant, event, or place to treat yourself. Best when you decided to soak after! Belly full and relaxed!

While staying at The Springs resort, we dined in for Saturday night dinner – we made a reservation a few days before our stay.
Before our meal, we heard mixed reviews. Apparently people either really love, or really dislike this restaurant. We happened to really enjoy our beverages, appetizer, and meal! It’s definitely a unique menu, but there really is something for everyone!
The appetizer portion is small for the cost but still delicious. The drinks were strong! Our dinner was also very delicious and we ate every last bite – but the scallops left something to be desired. For the cost, a side of rice and vegetables would go a long way to make it a more filling meal. Because the steak frites meal portion was larger we were able to share to make up for it.
