Wild Culture is a family business that by the use of SOURDOUGH, a live culture that allows the gluten protein to break, makes the most DELICIOUS, SCRUMPTIOUS yet DIGESTIBLE and NUTRITIOUS WAFFLES! Crispy yet fluffy airy waffles that can dance with either sweet or savory flavors. All that air inside our waffles, is a result of the long fermentation using our wild yeast culture. We also make our own Soft Serve.FROZEN YOGURT and DELICIOUS DRINKS (Coffee or tea based). NOTE: Waffles are served UNTIL 3PM on weekends, we will remain OPEN with FROZEN YOGURT & DRINKS.

I had a cortado and an apple pie stuffed waffle. The waffle was delicious – not too decadent and good size. I enjoyed the coffee as well. There’s a large menu with plenty of options and some daily specials. The service was great. There’s some really friendly people working there. Next time I’m back, I’ll try other flavours and their frozen yogurt.

Great waffle with so many varieties to choose from. We love the waffle with cheese filling, drizzled with spiced honey. So delicious! And it’s rather big portion for a waffle.

My little man (pup) and I stopped by Wild Culture for a light breakfast and coffee. The restaurant is tucked away in a beautiful alley filled with lovely plants. Very unique, delicious “stuffed” waffles, I had the ham and cheese. The oatmilk chai was delish as well! Service was excellent, they even brought out a dog bowl. We will definitely be back!

Oasis this spot provides great ambiance and even better coffee. Although it’s mainly a waffle and yogurt spot the coffee stood out and was well made. I also had a cheese stuffed waffle with a spicy honey drizzle which was a sublime surprise of soft and crunchy salty and sweet. It paired well with their freshly made lemonade. Although I live in jersey I would definitely return to try out more items.

Friendly service. Consistent quality and flavor. The grilled cheese waffle is amazing, also tried the chocolate waffle with the chocolate praline sauce. The iced chai latter was amazing – in both regular and oat milk versions. We’ll definitely come back.

Was walking by Friday evening and saw a sign that wild culture had froyo, and just had to try it! It was amazing!! Especially the homemade Nutella.
