Food was great. My family loved the build your own combo option. I’m the lone non-seafood lover in the family and I had plenty of options to choose from. Will definitely come again.

First time eating here. Service very good. Food was excellent. All of us enjoyed our meals. Waiter explained choices well. Deco is done along the theme so well. Even has outside room for smokers. Will return soon.

As you know i am a level 7 google contributer. I have been to more restaurants than i can even remember. But the Wild Crab i will always remember. My wife and i thoroughly enjoyed this place. There is a person on here that wrote a bad review and complained about everything. They obviously are either super picky or just plain mean or it is a fake review. This restaurant was awesome. They are in the north, they are asian owned and a lot of asian staff. They really did an excellent job capturing the southern flare and cajun culture in their food. Yes, if you are in the south or from the south, naturally this won’t be exactly the same as food caught cleaned and cooked locally. No the crawfish are not from the Bell River. So for being in the north they did excellent. My wife is born and raised in Mississippi on the coast. She enjoyed this place emmensly. She got the Wild Crab Combo. Everything was perfect for a restaurant in the north. I got the shrimp poboy, lobster bisque, hot wings and cajun fries. I will say the fire sauce for me was not fire. But it was hot and had great spices in it. The poyboy was actually very well prepared. The bun was toasted just right. I am a fan of the Frostop in Picayune Mississippi. I don’t think anyone can top their poboys. But the Wild Crab gives them a run for their money. The bar tender, Tanya, was a treat to have serve us. She did a top notch job. Very attentive. Always smiled. Fun to talk to. But i really want to remark on Amber, the manager. I haven’t seen a manager like her in a very long time. She was very helpful to the staff in making sure they did there job to a “T” and offered to help and get involved when they needed help. Even down to the buss person. Amber walked around with him showing him what all needed to be done. Very professional staff. The prices are fair for the type of menu being offered. Menu was simple but still covered everything. That is a good thing. Huge menus can be difficult. So over all i would recommend this restaurant to all ages, all cultures, all the time. Kudos to the staff and ownership and especially management. Thank you Tanya and Amber as well as the front of the house staff.

When you can’t make it to the ocean for fresh seafood, Wild Crab hits the spot! Hubby couldn’t slow down enough for me to take a good pic of his seafood boil (1 lb black mussels with 1/2 lb sausage). I’m wimpy with spice, so I loved my shrimp pasta with garlic butter sauce. My appletini was also fabulous. We’ll definitely be back!

Really enjoyed this restaurant and my kids did too. They had Nickelodeon playing “Pets” on the mega screen. Our host was great and sat us in view. The Wild Crab Special was a deal and so much food. I look forward to coming back.

Went on soft opening and was pleasantly surprised. Amanda, our waitress, was super friendly and a recognizable face from Connors downtown. We Split the Wild Crab Special with 2 6oz Lobster Tails and 2 lbs of headless shrimp. That included 3 corn and 3 potatoes. We added 1/2 lb sausage and 2 eggs. I suggest the wild crab special seasoning which is a mix of garlic butter, lemon pepper and Cajun. We did medium spice and it was great! The seafood was perfectly cooked and enough to fill 2 of us for around $72. Only knock on the place was that the Old Fashioned was pink in color and didn’t taste very good.

I have been craving crawfish and we decided to give this place a try tonight as an early Mother’s Day dinner. We weren’t disappointed and the food & service exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back!

This place was so different from most restaurants. The food was seasoned to perfection. So delicious. Our server was very nice ,a friendly guy . He was a bit forgetful on a couple requests we had but it didn’t detract from the taste or quality of the food. We had ordered lobster bisque which I had been looking for at a few restaurants and was please to see they had it . It never came which was a small disappointment. We did have plenty to eat without it so it was okay.
Over all I would definitely enjoy eating here again when in the mood for what my family calls Louisiana Boil. Yum

Always a great experience here! Favorite boil place in town! (They also have chicken tenders if someone isn’t fond of seafood and wants to join) my birthday lunch was great!! Cooked perfectly. Highly reccomend the wild crab sauce for the boil. Cheesecake here is so so good. Definitely a fun experience!! For an idea of price, a 2lb boil comes to a little over $50 and is so worth it!

Tonight was awesome. Our server Maddie was such a gem. She was so polite and was very knowledgeable of the menu options. Tonight we started with a shrimp cocktail and it was excellent. We received huge shrimp with a well balanced cocktail sauce. We then created our own boil with potatoes, sausage, king and snow crab, headless shrimp and lobster tail. All of this was covered in garlic butter and mild Cajun seasoning. The portions here are huge and the flavors are bold and I’m a huge fan. We ended the night with some white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and key lime pie. Both were creamy, served on an excellent crust, and rich enough to satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth. I’ve now been to Wild Crab twice and I will continue to return. The service, food, and environment are all consistently great. If you’ve not been by yet, you’re definitely missing out.
