The mocha muffin was very good, but unfortunately the drinks were underwhelming. The chai latte was lacking in flavor. The milk in the latte was very over-steamed and had way too much foam for a latte, as you can see in the picture.

The atmosphere is very nice. From the other reviews and the muffin that I had it seems like the food here is quite good, but this is not the place I would go for drinks.

We stopped in for lunch, had a salad and a sandwich. The salad was huge, and really tasty. The sandwich was also fantastic, really well balanced tastes. Would definitely eat here again.

My brother and I have eaten here several times and it is a good place. The food is good and atmosphere is pleasant with plenty of seating. They take your order quickly at the register and serve it quickly. We had no problem staying there after eating sandwiches & having coffee. Prices were about the same as other places and the menu is vegan with good variety.

Absolutely phenomenal food. It’s near impossible to find good (nor any at all) vegan-catering restaurants around here after the “vegan” fad came and went in Noho. Great people amazing food it’s a beautiful hidden gem. Girlfriend is vegan by allergy so it’s nice to have a safe spot. She loves going here.

With its farm style, this place evokes a warm and welcoming environment, their food is just delicious with great quality ingredients. I ate a grilled tofu sandwich with a side of smoky tempeh, and a Golden Milk. I loved everything about this place and I’ll come back for more

Vegan restaurant in the same location as Cafe Evolution with similar all-vegan menu. We miss some of our favorites from the old cafe but Wild Chestnut Cafe’s sandwiches are quite tasty. The coffee, baked goods, & bread are especially good. Service is excellent. Relaxed, informal atmosphere.

If you are vegan in western mass, you MUST come to the wild chestnut cafe. Best vegan food in the area IMO. everything is so fresh and healthy. Service is always fast, and myssie and rosalie are such a pleasure to chat with. I HIGHLY recommend the chocolate cupcakes, which are their magnum opus. I’ve been here several times and always look forward to coming back. Happy to be a regular ! -Buffy 🙂

I cannot say enough good things about Wild Chestnut Cafe. It’s honestly a magical place. The world needs more places like this.

The baked goods are out of this world! Their Saturday cinnamon rolls are a staple in my household. All the muffins are awesome, but the mango ginger is my favorite! The blueberry oat bars are perfect. ALL the cupcakes are delicious. You really can’t go wrong. You can also order the cupcakes and some other baked goods in bulk for special events – they’re a real crowd pleaser.

My favorite savory order is the bacon egg and avocado sandwich! The grateful grain bowl is another go to if you’re on the hungry side.

The smiling faces and cozy atmosphere make it feel like home. ❤️

Super friendly staff and plenty of seating. The food is good with fresh produce. The flavors are a little bit bland, but that could be my personal preference.
I really love the gluten free peanut butter maple cookies. Especially when the texture is soft enough to sink your teeth into.
Very LGBTQ friendly place too.
