We had the fish & chips (3 piece cod) and stinging honey shrimp at lunch today and both were amazing! The fish and chips is the best we have had in the US – can’t believe how lucky we are to have found this spot in Central Oregon! The fish and shrimp quality and quantity were both fantastic and the fries were the sleeper hit – so crispy & perfectly seasoned. Perfect pairings with the Wild Ride beer – our only “issue” is that we were still full by dinner time! Can’t wait to go back!

It’s sooo good. We got a fish and a shrimp basket to share. The fish is so light, flaky and crispy. The shrimp is good sized and lightly battered. The fries, mmmmm. Lol even the tartar sauce is pretty damn good. Keep it up yall. Thank you!

I don’t leave bad reviews, but felt the need to this time. We had been wanting to try Wild Catch for a while now and were really looking forward to it.
We had their fish and chips. Unfortunately their frying oil was rancid, which left the food smelling and tasting likewise, which left an unpleasant after taste with each bite.
Consequently we couldn’t stomach finishing our meals. Sorry to leave this review, but please change your oil!

Absolutely terrible. I you like fish and chips this is definitely not the place to go. For the same price you can go to a nice restaurant and get 3 big pieces of fish. There was hardly any fish inside the greasy batter.

Excellent! The wife has gotten the shrimp & chips 5-6 times, always good. I have had the fish & chips 3-4 times also very good. Our neighbors say its the best fish & chips they had. Overall the fish is not oily, but crispy outside, fries nicely done and good by themselves. Coleslaw is great! I think they make it themselves and its NOT plain tasteless run of the mill slaw. Tartar is unique, homemade i think, creamy, balanced. We have had a lot of fish and chips in Oregon, it seems more often its a flop, but this side of the cascades Wild Catch has it goin’ on!

Great food along with friendly service. The halibut fish and chips were fantastic. The tartar suace is good as well. I also got a bowl the the clam chowder. It was ok. It’s on the pricey side but worth it.

We’ve had many good meals here in the past but this Thursday we paid $14 each for 2 piece F&S. The portion size was pitiful. When we took the coleslaw and tartar sauce out of the box there were probably 12 fries and two small, dry portions of fish (see photo). I hope this was an anomaly, as we like the service and the ambience. But judging by this visit we won’t be going back. Too many other good choices in the area.

WHAT HAPPEND??I don’t know what happened but the portion size is horrible now too small pieces and 14 fries.(Yes, I counted). so sad this place used to be so good and gave you pretty good value for $17 fish and chips. Now the portion size is about half of what it was and the price is up 2 dollars. I wouldn’t pay 10 for what I got now.(see photo, I ate one piece fish was small also)Would you pay 17$ for that? Will not go back ever till they put the potion size back to what it was.

Fish and chips were bland and lacked flavor
Normally hate to give a bad review but the quality of food here was really mediocre. The 3 piece fish and chips came with three very small pieces of fish, not usually a problen but the fries were lacking flavor and the coleslaw was just okay. For $25 i think you could do a lot better unfortunately.

Very disappointed. $14 for a 2 PC fish and chips and they gave me what looked like scraps. More like 2 nuggets. Said they are pre cut 2oz pcs. I beg to differ. It was clearly a broken piece of fish that they gave me. The proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do. Lost a new customer over bad attitude. The customer is generally right. I wouldve offered something to make my customer happy.
