After waiting 45 minutes for some chicken tenders that we never received, we canceled our order. It was placed at 1:44 and by 2:30 I’d lost patience. We got a stellar “I’m sorry,” a refund and left. Horrible experience for such an incredible zoo. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
