Huge, delicious hot dogs! I ordered the Chi Dog and my husband got the Pimento dog. Extremely filling—we could’ve skipped the chips. I was full after half! Very pricy, it was $40 for all of this, but this whole area is very pricy.

These are some great hotdogs and kolaches. I wish I would’ve tried more things on the menu, but we were on a bike ride. You could tell the hots are higher quality than your regular hotdog and the kolache seeming handmade. Price to quality ratio is great!

Really good hotdogs. I got the Chi style and it was delicious. A little pricey for a food truck but so is everything else around the area. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

The experience was great, I loved how beautiful the area was. It wasn’t too busy and they had enough tables to accommodate people in such a high traffic area. The dogs were a little more than I was expecting, so my partner and I can’t say that we enjoyed them much. But the experience was worth it.

In a world filled with complexities, sometimes, it’s the simplest pleasures that prove the most gratifying. Wild Bill’s Beach Dogs, tucked away in Seaside, is a testament to this ethos. It’s baffling, really, how many have failed to recognize the sheer culinary poetry this humble establishment has to offer. Perhaps they’re too ensnared in the cacophony of today’s convoluted gourmet scene to truly appreciate the art of a well-crafted hot dog.
I indulged in the American and the Carolina special, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of a gastronomic epiphany. The flavors danced on my palate with the finesse of a seasoned ballerina, each bite more compelling than the last. It’s a symphony of taste that leaves one yearning for an encore.
To the naysayers who’ve granted Wild Bill’s a meager average: you might need to cleanse your palate or perhaps, re-evaluate your life’s choices. For me, this delightful nook gets a resounding five stars, reminding us all that sometimes, simplicity reigns supreme.

Great hot dogs! My kids LOVED the kid hotdogs. We got it without the combo so it was $7/each. Quick and easy. There are plenty of tables across the street to sit and eat. Parking is hard but worth it.

Worth it!!! These gourmet hotdogs were so good. We took them to go. We order the Americana and the Mahalo Andy!!
Sidenote. If you plan to go to Seaside, I recommend downloading the Parking pass app before you get there, phone signal was tough to get.

Fast friendly service right off the beach in Seaside. Connected to Seaside Square. I had the Americana and it was good, but it lacked any sizzle. The dog was good, but everything on it was just ok. I would’ve loved to have some homemade toppings, relish, or mustard. I will try again, they had a good-looking menu. I should have had the Chicago dog.

Really adorable area and our sevice was great!! Only waited a couple of minutes. My husband and I shared 1 hotdog with chili & cheese and a bottle of water. It was pricey and I am all for spending extra for a great gourmet hotdog. It is not gourmet when you have canned Hormel chili. I like hormel chili, but not on a $14 hotdog. The hot dog itself was tasty but definitely not worth the hype.

I got the dog of the month which is the Philly Cheesesteak and it was pretty good! The toppings were good, the bun was AMAZING, and the wagyu beef dog is tasty but not worth the hype. The bread was by far my favorite part of the dog, it was thick and soft and perfectly grilled which made it delicious! Service was fine and the food came out super fast (I visited around 2pm). I wouldn’t be opposed to going back and trying another dog but with less enthusiasm than I had for the first one.
