I’ve had these guys before, in the Southwest on vacation. They really are the category leader in hot dog fast food, and have done remarkable to keep affordability at wallet’s reach. I’ve never had a bad bite of anything I’ve ordered from the W, and I’m not ashamed to say I could probably eat 20 of their Chili Dogs at one sitting, haha. I was introduced to Weinerschnitzle in San Diego and really liked this little treasure. I wanted to see if thwir quality and staff was as good as i remembered.
TO START:
The portion size of the chili dog is pretty standard but the chili cheese fries I ordered were a generous portion. And It came with a small drink.
I tried ordering online using one of their coupons and was unable to make it work.
I went into their storefront with my dilemma. When staff rang up my request and showed my coupon the Mgr said , yeah, some of these don’t work. After they worked thru it my order cost $5.99. Rung up separately it cost over $9. It is a nice change from fast food burgers.
The 2 staff members who collected my order were both empathetic in solving this little snafu and very cheerful on this gloomy, rainy day.
For those who would rather have chicken they have introduced The BIRD DOG.

I ordered a 20 piece Jalapeño poppers, when I got home and took my first bite the popper was empty. I tore open the next few poppers by hand and they were all completely empty except for some dice peppers. I’ve been there several times and think this will be my last time. The wait times are ridiculous, the AI order taker always needs help from the staff, the food is good for the most part, but they have a lot of things to change.

We have been coming since you all opened and was really impressed with the new burgers. Then, tonight, we waited 15-20 minutes for our food in the drive through and the food was barely warm. Very disappointed. I hope it gets better and doesn’t start to go downhill. The staff were talking a bunch and seemed to not be too concerned about getting peoples orders out.

My boyfriend loves this place, everything about it. I’m a big sweets fan and they have one of the best strawberry lemonades in Spokane and the best fast food strawberry sundae. And it’s cheap! $3.99 32oz strawberry lemonade

Waited over 15 minutes after ordering 3 burgers, 3 fries and 1 drink. There was only two cars before us in the drive-through, one left almost as soon as we got there. Ended up with barely warm food, while the staff seemed to be having an animated conversation. Oh, and the AI is slow and seems to miss items. Sad to see this place getting like this when it is fairly new.

Five stars for yummy and inexpensive food! Four stars with the lobby being closed thus a long drive thru line but the customer service made up for it. Hit this place up especially if you have a family who has kids. They even have a seafood option for those who follow Lenten.

So I saw an ad on FB for 4 chili dogs for 4$ and I couldn’t resist giving it a try!
This deal is only on Wednesdays and for a limited time but from the looks of it they also have other good looking deals!
I added cheese for .50 per dog on 2 of them and they were all very good, especially at a buck a dog!
I’ll definitely b back and I recommend giving
Wienerschnitzel try, I think you won’t b disappointed!
Also, the service was fast thru the drive thru..

There is a wait, so if your in a rush, I would suggest stopping by when you have time to wait a bit. The food was delicious and fresh, and that on it’s own was worth the wait. The service was great, we definitely love the way they are running it. After we ordered, the drive thru runner came to our car to collect the payment, she returned with our receipt and drink. When we pulled up to the drive thru window, we watched them prepare our order, it was nice to see a place where the workers were getting along, and working as a team to get everything out as quickly as possible. We noticed there were a couple of workers cleaning things, one that caught my eye was where the shakes are made, you don’t usually see anyone clean those areas until their shift is over. We are very impressed, and we will definitely be back, the prices were great as well! Thanks for bringing Wienershnitzel to Spokane!
