Ordered my dogs off the app which was easy to use. Food was ready when I arrived and I added three chili dogs at the counter thanks to a window sign. Was greeted with a smile promptly when I walked in. Will definitely return soon.

I had my grandkids this weekend and swung by here. I ordered a ton of food and of course each grandkid wanted it a special way. They got everything right and even threw in discounts on my bill that I didn’t even notice til I got home. She gave me $12 in discounts that were very much needed and appreciated.

Female employee working the drive thru mic and cash register tonight at 10:55pm (hours say midnight??) greeting me through the voicebox very clearly upset at my presence and didn’t give any welcoming greeting – she yelled at me “WE CLOSE IN FIVE MINUTES!”

“Ohhh… OK, does that mean I can’t order?”

“What do you want” [very annoyed tone].

When I paid, I made sure to go out of my way to make eye contact with her and very politely let her know I really appreciate her for still taking my order despite it being so near to closing time. After her rude introduction – I had no obligation to be so polite, but I was anyways.

Her response to my thankfulness was to take my card, dead pan look at me, say absolutely nothing, run my card, and in an irritated voice say the food will be out shortly.

The icing on the cake was when she went to hand me the bag of food, as I was in the middle of saying ‘thank you’ she shoved the bag of food into my hands.

Note the cashier lady: that kind of attitude is why you make minimum wage at Weinerschnitzel as grown adult. That kind of poor work ethic is why you have not become more successful. I have also worked customer service minimum wage jobs before ($7/hr in Sacramento washing peoples disgusting cars, to name just one) – and I hated it, but I always put in my best effort and I was never once rude to a customer. If you can’t even remain composed working at Weinerschnitzel, what makes you think anyone would or *should* ever entrust you with a job that pays more than putting a boiled hot dog on a pre-made bun. With that attitude you’ll be putting hot dogs on buns angry at life for the next decade.

Female employee who works there around 10 pm is extremely rude and unhelpful. Looks like she hates her life. But seeing other reviews also , this isn’t the first time. Feel very unwelcome at this location. I will not be returning. When I was asking questions about an order she made rude gestures and facial Expressions and looked very upset for just trying to order food. She went to her coworker and made a comment although I couldn’t hear what she said, her body language was disrespectful like she was angry a customer came by and now she had to work.her attitude was cery bad. When she handed me the bag she said not one word. I said thanks you and have a good night. She just slammed the window on me. Id recommend finding friendlier employee.

the hot dogs are honestly kinda underwhelming. I used to go here a lot as a kid with my Yaya so i thought i would go there again for old times sake. I ordered the junkyard hotdog and dispite the interesting name it was kinda a bland experience, and expectedly quite messy. not awful but a little disappointing.

Our first visit here and we loved it. Tried the chili cheese fries, chili dogs, and the corn dogs. All we’re hot, fresh, and very tasty. Had the Orange Cream shake for dessert. Superb! We will be back soon and look forward to trying additional items.
