Biggest fan of wienerschnitzels I’ve been to about 60 of them different locations. This one was nice and the dogs were delicious. The only problem was Alejandra cashier 1028 was a bit rude and unhelpful. Hopefully this place can correct her attitude. The next time I stop in. She made it unpleasant for me and family.

Horrible food and service even worst alley the manger gave me the wrong order just to turn around and give it to the person who ordered it, she took money threw the drive through and also making food at the Sametime without washing her hands i asked her about it and she became extremely rude not to mention she has a cold i asked for the gm she stated he is the owner and there is no corporate that’s how they do business here they are severely understaffed unbelievable this restaurant deserves minus stars and a health inspection….. never again will I attend this chain they use to be GREAT!!!!!

Weinerschnitzel is sentimental to my family. Growing up, it was the special treat my dad always took me and my siblings to. They have really good food. It’s always hot and fresh. The employees are always kind and curious. I love going to weinerschnitzel, it’s more than fast food to us. It’s a piece of our childhood memories.

I love wienerschnitzel but who ever runs this place lost touch of reality. $3.20 for a regular drink is absurd. You can get a 2 litter at a market for that much. No order of 3 chilling cheese dogs and chilling cheese fries should cost over $20.
If ya were to try to feed a family the price would easily exceed $60. No wonder why many of these stores go under.

Reminded person who took my order that a couple days prior, the dogs were not hot, neither was the chili. Suggested they stir the chili before putting it on the dog. If they did, it didn’t help. Perhaps they need to turn the temp up where the dogs and chili are kept. Bummer. I’ve been there b4 and the chili dogs were so hot I had to wait for them to cool down before taking a bite, so I know it’s possible to get them hot. Oh well, not sure what else I could have done.
