Place was clean and the music was at a good level. The young lady who took our order was friendly and outgoing. We ordered 3 corn dogs,3 chili dogs, chili cheese fries and jalapeño poppers. Surprisingly everything was well made, crunchy and hot. It sounds weird but I actually enjoyed my done in today. Hopefully if you visit this location you’ll have the same experience. The pricing was on point as well.

I placed a to go order, and I picked it up through the drive thru. Their ice cream machine wasn’t working so she asked if I wanted a shake instead, I told her no, and then I asked if I could just have a Refund for the ice cream and she said I couldn’t do it there and I had to call. So I called and they said they never did that before and they have to talk to their manager, they asked me for a call back number, and no one ever called me back. So they took my money and didn’t offer anything else for it or give me my money back. And the lady at the window had the nerve to say “I bet they want money for their whole order”…. No, just simply wanted my money back for the ice cream, and it wasn’t a DoorDash order, I placed it myself, picked it up myself, and got nothing out of it. Now when I’m trying to call it’s going to voicemail. I won’t be going back here.

Imagine the disappointment when Sonic computers were down today… Now, look at this even more disappointing substitute… the ice cream isn’t even filled to the top and the whip cream deflated (flat) before I even pulled out of the drive-through! I watched them being made and alll 3 of our Sonic “substitutions” are a complete disappointment! They didn’t even clean off the mixer between drinks and 1 of 3 of these “Candy Shakes” were different flavors!! Next time, I’m going to McDonald’s… at least there I expect to be mildly disappointed and not pay $13 for this!!

Extremely unprofessional male manager working today. My husband was waiting for me to arrive at the restaurant as we decided to have dinner tonight at weinersnitzel. Unfortunately prior to my arrival my husband due to a medical condition he suffers from needed to use the restroom, which the male manager in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act denied my husband the ability to use the restroom stating he wasn’t a customer. How is he not a customer when he left staff know we would be ordering when i arrived? The male manager also attempted to intimidate my husband by holding a spatula over his own shoulder. Upon my arrival at the restaurant I was able to confirm with the male manager on duty that all the information my husband had given me in regards to the situation was true and correct. The Male manager attempted to use the excuse well the owner doesn’t give us training on the ADA, which if that’s true this location should be shutdown until staff is trained on the ADA. This type of treatment towards disabled customers is unacceptable. I used to frequent this location often, but I’m going to look into visiting other locations in my area as a result of this experience.
