I am not satisfied with their service & especially with the portion & preparation of the orders. I’ll never go back again. It looked like they just threw stuff & made my orders. Not interested in the job & how to make it look good. Our order of chilli bacon ranc fries looked like a sunny side up omelette ! All the sauces and bacon were given in one tiny spot. Even the fries gone limp & detest. Anyway, I will go to their other locations but never here. Management please take care.

I had me Chilli cheese fries with corn dog and Chilli dog with onion. The gentleman miss under stood. Just got a plain hot w/ onions .I ask him sorry didn’t get my Chilli said you didn’t ask.said I will paid for it .gave me attitude. This lady Juliana was very helpful step in said I will help you. Now this was very professional an great customer service. Thank you .definitely will come back again. Food was well cooked every was great.

The bacon ranch fries from here are fire! The chili dogs chillied and the corn dogs corned! I ordered a shake and a drink and the associate gave me two different style straws and let me know which each one was for. Shoutout to Gabriela for A+ service!!!

One day a few months ago I desperately needed WIFI. This Wienerschnitzel had a working connection that allowed me to accept an important business call.
The food I ordered afterwards was also fantastic, including the service by the kind staff.
I recommend this Wienerschnitzel – it’s a great location/restaurant.

Food has gotten better but my experience tonight reminds me why I drive out of the way to other locations. They cater to rude and disruptive customers at the price of the rest of the customers. They got our drinks completely wrong. When I went inside to exchange them I was i heard them say “get the pitcher” they proceed to pull out a water pitcher telling us to dump our drinks into it and used that same pitcher to refill our drinks. I was so shocked by this process I can’t confirm if they cleaned the pitcher in between us dumping our drinks and them refilling them. I don’t see why we couldn’t just throw away the cups and get new drinks in new cups. If not for customer service at least for health reasons
