Surprising better food! The onions are now diced, the saurkraut seems fresher. And the menu is redesigned to entice you to order MORE food, in the Combinations sections which are PROMINENTLY displayed. If you want to order sigle items, check to TINY writing below each combo.
Otherwise, it’s all good. BTW: they still have the deluxe Dog, just not on their menu! JUST ASK FOR IT!
Located just northeast of the Walmart on the 3000 block of Coors NW.

I placed an order through DoorDash around 9:20pm and at the time of checking my order it was all wrong, I ordered an Oreo milkshake with strawberry and they gave me one with only strawberry, I ordered polish kraut dog and they sent me a polish sandwich and I also ordered some Philly fries with extra chili and they didn’t even put a reasonable amount of chili. I will definitely not order again at this location. The franchise on Gibson Blvd is much better than this one.

Food was good came out hot and fresh. It’s small so only walk up and drive thru so it takes some time to get your order if it’s busy. Overall had a good experience the food could have been wrapped better but that’s just nit picking see Chile cheese dog as reference.

I ordered at this Wienerschnitzel location at around 8:13 PM tonight Thursday 9/26 Through the walk up window. I was wearing a red shirt. I walked up to the window because the drive-through line was long. I walked away to go smoke and literally only took no more than 3 minutes. When I walked back up he looked right at me while he was pouring ice cream out of the ice cream machine. I ended up standing there for around 10-15 minutes more and he kept looking at me. Finally, another customer came, and he opened the window and took their order. After he took their order, I told him I have been waiting for 19 minutes and asked him how much longer on my order? He responded with, I was calling for you, but you were too busy smoking then he handed me my order and then he tried shutting the window on my face. I was completely shocked when I knew he had seen me standing there, but he was trying to be malicious and left me standing there because I did not come RIGHT when he called me. I obviously did not hear him. I knew there was something wrong with this man when he was friendly at the beginning with me, but when he walked away to get my drinks, he was hollering at a woman employee in Spanish. He sounded very mean I couldn’t believe that he was that mean to her. This man watched me stand there for all of that time while my food was getting cold because he wanted to be mean! When I started to ask him, so my food was just sitting there. He kept trying to close the window on me which that is what really made me even more upset. I asked him for his name and he would not give me his name so I took a picture of him and included it in this review. This is not the way people should be treated. I stood there being patient watching them, knock out the whole drive-through line, and he even seen me just standing there patiently waiting when my food was already ready. If I heard him yelling for me, I would’ve walked up and asked for my order. I wasn’t purposely ignoring him. I felt bad for them because I seen how busy they were, and I was just guessing that they were short staffed and to be honest, I was a little bit afraid to ask him if they had forgot about me because of how mean he seemed and truly did not want conflict. Now that I got home and I am writing this I literally feel like crying. I don’t understand why people have to be so mean to each other? I am guessing he is a manager, but I’m really hoping that he’s not. This is not the way you guys need to be represented. I have been coming to Wienerschnitzel since I was a child And every time I have come, it has always been a very good experience. I really hope that you guys can see the cameras and coach this man. Thank you for your time.

Nostalgic. Please just use cornstarch in chili instead of flour so this gluten free girly can have her chili cheese dogs and fries

I was sent here by the receipt survey, forced her is more like it. I had a good experience at my local location and I anted to give them an attaboy but apparently their corporate overlords are greedy for positive reviews.

So I have a small construction crew, and we decided to eat here. We eat all the time at this location. Anyhow, they forgot a couple of our items and yeah, I had called right away yes it was a big order. There was actually 8 of us, and all I really cared was them replacing my chili fries, I called in, I had my receipt. They took my name down. So I went back 5 days later, so-called owner, which he talks Nice, but yeah, he said he couldn’t find my name. I had the receipt. I don’t know what his problem is, but He doesn’t realize you should always treat your customers with respect. But this guy he didn’t remake my chili cheese fry like they were supposed to I did everything. I was asked. They said I wouldn’t have a problem. So the owner just tries to act nice and talk with his slick words. You would think he would want to keep his customers Happy that’s what I do with my customers. without my customers, I’m nothing but a loser. you can say My customers mean everything to me and I treat them with respect and a lot of The Times I buy them dinner after the job, that’s just who I am and why I’ve been in business since 94 on my own.
I definitely aint gonna be eating at this Schnitzel, no more, and I’m gonna let everybody know about this situation. Maybe next time he’ll act normal. It’s not good customer service. not good for your business. To say one thing and not on a, you’re a mistake. Good luck
