Great food and service was good but the cleanliness leaves much to be worked on. The first set utensils that I opened was still dirty. The bathroom had one stall out of tp and the other one looked (and smelled)as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a while (pee down the front of the toilet and the bowl very dirty too). Basically, get your food to go or take your own fork and go to the bathroom before ya leave the house.

Pizza was real good, but the service from walking in the door all the way to placing an order should have been better. No one at the front to seat you and once you were seated..seemed the waiting staff had better things to do until it was time to pay.. then they tried to butter you up g for a tip… Overall pizza is real good THE BIG WICK.. service however needs improvement….

This was a pick up order and to be fair it was done as ordered. But I had to throw my pizza away. Neither my husband nor I could eat it. I ordered a cheese pizza with garlic. I thought it would be garlic powder, paste, or just more garlic taste in the crust, but no. It was actual pieces of garlic under the cheese that one was actually hearing the crunch of garlic when we chewed. My husband and I each tried one slice and couldn’t get through it. Pizza went in the garbage. $34 wasted. My total order was $50, but the second item was delicious.
Thank goodness I’d also ordered cheese sticks and those were phenomenal. You could taste the freshness and the herbs. It was a hit.

I was expecting melt in your mouth pizza. Not my favorite pizza. We ordered bread sticks as well for our family of 5 and only 3 bread sticks and very pricey plus server didn’t warn us knowing we were feeding kids…..
I wouldn’t put this on my top list and the prices are too high.
