wouldn’t come back. We got seated in the back of the restaurant away from everyone, the bartender kept interrupting our dinner even though we were not seated at the bar. He poured my drink and spilled it all over our table, and never cleaned it up. I had to get up and ask for a napkin from a different bartender. Then I recieved the wrong food, had to send it back to get what i ordered. Once it finally arrived it was cold. This is what they gave my boyfriend as a “Tuna Melt” yet it wasn’t melted in the slightest? However, drinks were delicious and the chicken tenders were delicious. Not delicious enough to return for poor service, cold food and tuna “melts”.

Wicks Park Bar and Grill has a fun, relaxed atmosphere and is a great spot to hang out for a casual meal. Our waitress, Noel, was absolutely awesome—friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. She really made the experience enjoyable. The seating was surprisingly comfy, which made it easy to kick back and stay a while. As for the food, it was decent—nothing bad, but nothing particularly memorable either. Solid bar fare with a few bright spots, but it didn’t quite knock our socks off. Still, the service and vibe more than made up for it. Great place for drinks with friends or a laid-back lunch. We’d definitely come back, especially if Noel’s working again! 4 stars for great service and comfort.

My husband and I visited here last night. We’ve been here several times before usually not to eat. They always have music and it’s usually pretty talented people. It’s a fun atmosphere although last night when we were there, we decided to have dinner. My husband is not a fan of spicy food and he asked if the fish tacos were spicy and he was told no I ordered a salad with steak on it cooked medium is what I requested. We ended up with fish tacos that were in edible because they practically set your mouth on fire and my salad was also super spicy and my meat was rare. It was obvious we hadn’t ate much of our meal, but the waitress didn’t offer to try to do anything about it. In addition to the cost of the food and drinks. There is the fact that I ordered a mule and it was $14 I don’t mind spending money to go out to eat and have a couple drinks but $100 and we couldn’t eat. Our food was a bit much. The entertainment was great. We did listen to that for a while but I think they need to reevaluate what they’re charging listen to their customers if they say they don’t like spicy food and maybe offer to do something if If you don’t like your food? Sometimes you get the feeling when you’re there that it’s just a hang out for locals and that they really don’t care if you’re there spending your money or not.

Best restaurant in Saugatuck! Not on the water, but a good view of the water if you sit outside (along with good people watching). Food is quality and delicious. And staff are super friendly and helpful. Grilled chicken sandwich was tasty and not dry. Pasta was delicious. And sweet potato fries were outstanding. We’ll definitely be back.

Came to the restaurant with an appetite, was disappointed with my sandwich, I ordered a french dip the meat was unfortunately unseasoned but worse the dip was missing seasoning. I don’t think it had any salt 🙁 my girlfriend had fish tacos and they where great! Good service for how busy it was.

We recently had a surprise birthday party in our home. We ordered catering from Wicks. The pizza, wings and salad were all delicious. Our guests really enjoyed the food. Highly recommend!

We dine in on 5 July 2024 as we wanted to see the fireworks. Recommended mom and brother to come here due to the first 2 visit that we had our lunch at here was great!
We understood that night was busy and crowded. We put in reservation and waited for about 30 minutes to get a table. Ordered our food and waited for another 40 minutes to arrive. To our disappointment, the hamburger that we ordered were much smaller although the waitress ensured that it was the same size. Half pounder felt like quarter pounder. If you refer to the last 4 pictures from our past visit.
We gonna try another time and see what happens, we don’t want to give up yet.

Me and my boyfriend went here for dinner. The food was so good! We got the buffalo chicken egg rolls and burgers. My bf said it was the best burger he ever had! The owner was also such a great guy! He was very personable and funny and definitely made it a more enjoyable experience than it already was.

This place has the best chicken lettuce wraps you’ll ever eat. The noodles and pickled carrots are *chefs kiss*. Honorable mention to the delicious beer cheese pretzel. If you’re into fruity drinks, the Bachelorette is a must try. Service was great and the vibes were good.
