Wicked Spoon is hands down my favorite buffet in Vegas! The quality of food here is on another level.
The Snow Crab Legs were incredibly fresh, sweet, and pre-cracked, making them so easy to enjoy. But the absolute star of the show was the Roasted Bone Marrow—it was rich, buttery, and perfectly seasoned. It’s rare to find bone marrow this good at a buffet!
I also love the small-plate presentation here; it makes everything look so much more appetizing and allows you to try a bit of everything. Definitely worth every penny at the Cosmopolitan!

Really yummy crab legs this was definitely the highlight of the buffet. I was also able to try bone marrow which was good, a very unique item on a buffet!
Some of the creamiest mashed potatoes ever.
The dessert bar is probably the best part with all the mini options. The chocolate cones with the gold wrappers are so delicious. I could have had a few more!
It wasn’t too busy when we arrived after lunch time but it can be very busy!

Honestly, it’s just a normal buffet nothing special. The food is decent and the selection is great, but the food isn’t mind-blowing. The ice cream tastes plain and the cookies are ROCK HARD like literally rock. The only thing good is the seafood. However there is only two selections which are crab and shrimp. The taffy is okay and the donuts taste like any regular donut. Come here if you want cheap food but otherwise it’s just plain food.

Reserved for 9 am slot for a brunch, large selection of various foods, stayed the whole 1.5 hours allotted to feast on appetizers, main dishes, and desserts. Non-alcoholic beverages are free but you do have to request them through your waiter. People started to pile up at the front as we were leaving, so consider making a reservation if you are planning to visit. Considering we didn’t eat lunch at all that day, the price tag isn’t too bad, considering Vegas.

I visited with two other families—friends and relatives. We arrived around 11 AM and waited in line for over an hour. Even though people were finishing their breakfast or brunch, we had to wait for tables to clear out. Waiting in line seems to be a staple of American culture now, and we’re quite used to it; chatting with the group made the time pass quickly.
There were three separate lines at the entrance, including ones for walk-ins and specific cardholders. We had a card ourselves, but it didn’t apply to this specific line, so we waited with everyone else. Back in the day, Vegas buffets were known for being cheap with plenty of coupons and promotions, but that’s a thing of the past. Prices are higher now, and those old-school coupons are hard to find. That said, if you’re looking for a ‘must-visit’ buffet in Vegas, I highly recommend Wicked Spoon.

This is all a publicity stunt orchestrated by Xiaohongshu’s marketing team. It’s a buffet not worth the queue at all. Compared to other Asian buffets, it’s like heaven versus hell. The queue lasted an hour and a half during lunchtime. The food inside could be summed up as extremely shoddy. The quality control at five-star buffets is terrible. It’s mostly sweet or savory. The Chinese food is poorly prepared. The snow crab isn’t worth the trip. Other Asian buffets also include all-you-can-eat snow crab. Only three types of sushi are available. You even have to queue for a mini ice cream. It completely lacks the sophisticated feel of recommendations on Xiaohongshu. This is a scam. I spent over seventy dollars to let everyone experience a bad experience.

I did extensive research on Las Vegas buffets. Our last year’s visit to Wynns was satisfactory. This time, we selected Wicked Spoon for its convenient walking distance from Paris Hotel. It exceeded expectations with varied choices, numerous desserts, and generous king crab portions, making it a great experience. Highly recommend !

The Wicked Spoon is a tricky one for me to review. On the food side, I honestly thought their brunch dishes were better than the Bellagio’s. Some of the items were absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the bone marrow, leg of lamb, (larger) snow crab legs & the bacon (which was cooked perfectly). The blood orange fresh squeezed juice paired really well with the tri-tip.
Wicked Spoon is not family friendly. The staff were flat out rude, including my server. Other than the ice cream & crème brûlée, everything else on the dessert bar was honestly awful!
Overall, Wicked Spoon shines when it comes to the food, but the service and desserts fall below average.

Wicked Spoon has been a wonderful buffet for a little over a decade. Things have changed since the pandemic but it still manages to provide customers delicious food at reasonable prices.
Lines aren’t as long as they used to be and good is now portioned out.
I hope with MGM now owning the Cosmo that they still keep the quality high and prices manageable.
I always enjoyed their cocktail shrimp, crab legs and prime rib. Always perfect and tasty.
Their desserts never disappointed me.
With it being one of the last buffets on the strip, be sure to visit soon. You never know when it’ll change or disappear.
