We visited last night with a small group and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing overall — mostly due to service and execution, not the food itself.
When we first arrived, we sat at the bar while waiting for the rest of our party. The bartender had her back to us for several minutes while talking with waitstaff. The waitstaff clearly noticed us but didn’t step in or alert her, so we waited longer than we should have just to be acknowledged.
Once seated at a table, we ordered drinks. A Windsor 7 was served with soda water instead of 7UP — something that has also happened on a previous visit. Our appetizer arrived on a paper plate and was very small for the $14 price point. We were told ranch would be brought out, but it never came, and the bartender appeared distracted talking with people at the bar.
We also noticed issues with the music volume. We paid for songs on TouchTunes but couldn’t hear them at all, while the house music afterward was so loud it caused headaches — the balance felt completely off.
When our food arrived, only 2 of the 5 meals came out initially, also on paper plates. We waited a long time for the rest, to the point where my younger brother had already eaten a significant portion of his meal before everyone else was served. The food itself was decent — the bowls, Philly, and wrap were good — but the portions were small for the price, sides felt skimpy, and the wings were nothing special.
There were very few people in the restaurant, yet service was inattentive throughout the night. Multiple times we had to go up to the bar ourselves for drinks or condiments because the waitress didn’t check back or stay long enough for us to ask.
For the prices being charged, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations. Between repeated drink errors, slow and inattentive service, long waits for food, and paper plates, it felt like corners were being cut. After several chances, this was the final straw for us. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
