The Oxtail Taco never left the parking lot. I had actually heard how good they were. I wanted to check them out for myself. We went at lunch approximately 2 PM. We ordered them it was a 20 min wait. I opened the box when I got in the car and it was my intention to just have a little nibble. However. The taste of the oxtail was so freaking bomb. I folded over the taco and I began to eat when I came up from my frenzy I had cleared two tacos without coming up for air the seasoning on the oxtail was second to none. The tomatoes was so finally chopped. They were literally sprinkled on. Everything was perfect. I actually attempted to go back in and order another round, but unfortunately, I couldn’t wait the additional 20 minutes because it would’ve made me super late, but you can trust and believe I will be back there. I am completely hooked. I will never leave these oxtail tacos alone. The only flaw is they only sell them on Tuesdays.
I’ve just had there oxtail burritos made with Jamaican rice and peas (they give you the option Jamaican rice, peas, or Spanish rice) honestly this is heaven heaven I tell you bought one for my son. He couldn’t believe it. I handed to him and he took one bite and sat on the floor and continued to eat it. Watch the video?

Server was very sweet it was not crowded like the first spot we attempted to go to. The breakfast combo is great but two french toast combos, child french toast & jerk turkey burger and the bill was $100+! The burger was the spiciest jerk anything I ever had in my life! So the 2 stars is for my portion and the gratuity for a large group! 2 adults a 2yr old and a teen is hardly a large group! We won’t be back.

Food is good, the customer service is horrible, not really enthusiastic about their job more speaking to you with an attitude if you don’t wanna be here find a job that you like. The food is good, but it’s not worth coming back again.

This place is horrible, I mean horrible the absolute worst. There is no way they are a sister to the one on Pico! 32 dollars for 4 small oxtails that were salty like the rice and cabbage . I had to ask for sugar to cut the salt down my tongue was burning Thank God my sister treated because I would not have gave them a dollar! Just go to Pico!
Negative was the service. When offering to help the tall skinny guy said we got it! Now the young lady she was nice and on point very apologetic people were trying to be nice about the situation The fact that you charge the highest gratuity was beyond me. It was a total of 16 adults and 2 children I’ve paid less at flemings. Your response is not professional. Like I stated before Pico is the best, always has been and always will be. That chef knew damn well he gave 4 small oxtails and that salty rice and meat. At the end of the day Pico will always get my business. I make that hour drive twice a week drive because their food and prices are worth it!

I was going to order from you guys on uber eats but I always check the reviews first and the way you guys respond to criticism is crazy. I want to spend my money at an establishment that offers friendly customer service and values repeat customers. I truly hope that you guys consider responding better to criticism because it draws future customers away since many people go based off reviews.

The food is great presentation and taste wise, however if wanting to add or critique a meal you order the price goes up extremely. Example a regular meal is $22 meat veggie starch but if you want it to be jerk anything the price goes up $10 Plus tax, it’s like 40$ for only 1 person!

1st time and service was terrible. Just down right trash throw the whole server away. Talk darkish guy with big lips looking at every woman coming into the establishment instead of taking the order; then he is checking customers out in a very inappropriate manner. Kept forget for the items we order right after asking! It was annoying to keep repeating the same thing over and over again. Him not paying attention made Wii Jammin look bad. The food took forever to come and the fried rice with added chicken was okay the chicken didn’t have any flavor whats so ever. And he said he’d bring a spoon and forgot to bring the spoon I had to remind him of that he then brought a fork . The French toast was soft the cereal wasn’t flaky and crunchy it was dry and soggy the potatoes weren’t crispy and crunchy they were soft. He forgot to bring our drinks with our food the service was so bad I took my food to go. $71.00 for 45 minutes of freezing because the establishment is so cold it’s freezing inside. Should’ve went to PICO ♀️

Wanted breakfast. Looked for a new spot. Found Wi Jammin. Everything a breakfast place should be. Fresh hot food; cooked to order, served in a clean environment, with attentive service and reasonably priced. They had it all. And the food was good ❤️ Definately recommend.
