The beautiful lady welcomed us as we walked in, and for that alone I gave them 5 stars. Five stars also for the food—though we didn’t stay to eat, the lady I spoke with said it was outstanding. Unfortunately, I can only give 2 stars overall because it was 10 p.m. on a Friday night and no one was singing karaoke. That was the main reason we drove all the way from San Francisco to Hayward, so it was very disappointing.

I gave the service a 4 because when we went to the Leo party there was only one bar tender, so the service was a bit delayed. We also ordered hookah. I would’ve appreciated more attentive service.

I went to the Why Not Lounge in Hayward CA this past Saturday night and was disappointed at the end of the night. It’s sucks because we had a great time until we were approached by security. The food was great bar tender was great and chef was super pleasant and kind. The chef son as he told us. He was very rude, not professional at all. He need customer service training, an etiquette class and some home training for a grown man. It sucks that I had to write this poor review but he was that awful!! We will NEVER go back here again. Worst part is he threatened us in the parking lot. Just terrible behavior.

I would NOT visit this place. My first time going was yesterday. I invited a couple of my cousins and my cousin invited 6 of her friends. One was the birthday girl. Everything was going great, food was amazing, chef was very nice and kind, bar tinder was very cool made awesome drinks Until the end. I don’t know the boys name but he said he was the chef’s son. Semi heavy set boy. He was so rude. Very unprofessional. No respect for women and when we got to the front door he actually told us to hurry up and get to our car before he spray us out. Now where I’m from that involves a gun. Now weather he was playing or not it was not okay to say. Especially to all women. Unfortunately we will never visit this place again and it’s sucks because we really had an amazing time. I heard it was a family owned business but homeboy should be terminated immediately. No matter what you should always remain professional. Also it wasn’t even 2am yet we still had 6 minutes to closing. Just a horrible experience from a black ghetto man who had no professionalism and clearly no basic customer service skills or training!!!

This is a nice place to have a drink and socialize with a companion or two. The patio area is great when the weather is good and if it’s not they have patio heaters to keep you warm. The drinks are poured well the bartenders are polite and sexy! Only bad Mark did anyone ever will give this place is the parking because there’s limited and no parking only street parking. The crowds Are diverse mixture of everyone. Taco Tuesdays are a bonus they serve great food

I was invited here by my cousin. It was our first time. And it sucks that we won’t be returning ever again. Due to the security guard that said his dad was the chef. He has no respect an he’s rude. He should be taught how to treat paying customers. He even threatened us in the parking lot. Luckily for him I’m an educated women who knows which battles to fight & which ones that just isn’t worth it. Horrible experience from the chef son
