I can’t say enough good things about A Fare to Remember at Home. I placed a large order just a couple days in advance, and they accommodated everything perfectly and right on time. They were super kind and thorough. They even double-checked my order to make sure everything was correct before I left with it.
The food was homemade and so delicious. I ordered a variety of dishes to give to my family, as we were transitioning my grandpa to hospice. It was such a comfort during an emotional time. The mom’s hot chicken goodness, pulled pork, manicotti, homemade meatballs, mac and cheese, and pierogis were all favorites. We even had the manicotti and meatballs for our Christmas dinner after my grandpa passed. No one had the time or energy to cook, and it truly made the day feel special despite the circumstances. Everyone complimented the food.
It all freezes well, and the reheating instructions are printed right on the containers which made everything so easy. I’m so grateful for the warmth and care they put into their service and food. 5 stars isn’t enough!!

Everything about this place is incredible! We go there a lot for taking food to someone due to death in the family, surgery, etc. Everything is packaged perfectly with directions and I love how some are frozen, some fresh. It’s nice to stop by and pick up something for dinner. Love them!

Best Food in SW PA ! Wide variety of entrees, sides and delicious deserts.. They will spoil you- you can get it frozen to cook your self.. cooked & you reheat it or they can even have it heated for you to pick up… Staff is Wonderful so easy to talk with and willing to make helpful suggestions.. If you love mini crab cakes this is the spot to start… I will continue to get good quality food from here as long as they are here. I love this place !

You only need to walk in the door to see what the fuss is about! The smells are always so delicious. Everything I have tried has been wonderful. I love the convenience when in a rush and have given full meals to friends as a gift and they have always gotten rave reviews. Our favorites are Mom’s Chicken Goodness and the Santa Fe brownies. YUM!!
