Since opening is 1976 Who’s Bar has had a friendly atmosphere and great staff. We’re best known for our Soups Chilli and Half Pound Burgers, particularly our Juicy Lucys which are stuffed with cheese! Come have a seat at the bar, play some pool or try your luck at the gaming machines!

Stopped here for breakfast and had a Juicy Lucy on another day.
Had a pleasant experience, the food was great, the service fast, and priced fair. The tater tot three meat breakfast really hit the spot for me.

Walking in here was like returning to the 70’s with a few modern amenities. So cool. Enjoyed the vintage vibes. Tom held down the whole place by himself. This is a laid back atmosphere so don’t expect super fast treatment. This is the laid back, one order at a time deal. The place only holds about 50 people. So it’s small and private. The fries and onion rings are air fried to save calories, which I appreciate much. Else is on a flat griddle.
I got a can of coke and had the grilled ham “off the bone” & cheese sandwich ($6.50) and added onion rings for $2.25. My wife ordered California burger ($7.75) which comes with potato chips. We got a couple of candy bars to go for $1.50 ea. 20+% Tip, tax and everything = $30. That’s do able.

Great burgers and drinks are priced affordable with friendly service. The spicy juicy lucy is my favorite. They serve breakfast opens at 6:00 A.M.

I came in with a couple friends, very hungry, and ordered some food. I got the bacon cheeseburger with chips, and they both got the mushroom and Swiss with fries. Our burgers were all well done, almost burnt, and my friend was given bacon with her burger, which she did not order, and was VERY unhappy with.
The server/cook/bartender wandered over, and when we addressed the issue, she casually picked up the burgers with her bare hands, and took the one burger back. When she returned with the “fixed” burger, there was still a chunk of bacon on it.
Overall, a fairly unpleasant experience.
I will be going to McDonald’s before I come back here again.
