First couple of weeks was fine, food was never anything spectacular but enough to get you through. Then I started having issues with my meals being delivered late. Last week I had plastic in my chicken curry meal, then I found a hair in the meatball meal prep and I open up this meal and it’s watery as hell? When I travel for work I always try to find a meal prep company so I can stay on track without having to cook or worry about bringing food on the road. Wholey Meal Prep delivered on time white incredible quality and precision. I would highly recommend them. Prices are great and if you’re short on time this is a great alternative to prepping your own meals. 5 stars!

Really good food, poor customer service and slow/missed delivery. They attempted two near midnight deliveries for an order in DC. We have also experienced missed delivery days and zero communications besides the initial order confirmation. The driver is unprofessional and always late. The manager will frantically call you and offer you a free box for your troubles. Yet when we asked what would be in our box we got no reply. Guess there will be no box. At this point, I don’t want whatever they were trying to give us to keep our business. They need to get their act together because they’re wasting the chef’s talents on poor service.
Edit, after 3 hours of posting this review, the owner/manager Jamie wrote this company it’s own 5 star review to balance out the negatives. Super unprofessional and disappointing. Downgrading my review to one star for the poor conduct of the business.

I have requested cancellation through their website and email three times and have attempted calling. I continue to get charged over $100 per week. Their vegetables are dry and don’t taste good. I do NOT recommend this company.

Only thing keeping them in business must be the good food, because it’s definitely NOT delivery or customer service.
I ordered 2 weeks in a row and got 2 midnight delivery calls….if you live in DC you’re last in the delivery route so the food is room temp and 2 hours past the delivery window of 10pm… was offered a complimentary box but have received radio silence since asking for it…it’s a shame because the food IS good, that poor team of chefs…

After trying to cancel and being charged anyway I was called back by the owner Jamie. She was very amenable and kind on the phone. She assured me she would have the refund sent within 72 hours and cancel my subscription. In about 24 hours my subscription is cancelled and I can see the refund pending. Food is 10/10 I just wish there was a simple cancel button instead of a request to cancel. Other than that issue I had, I’ll once again state the food is top notch for meal prep (they could use another option instead of rice though, maybe quinoa since it’s less calories and much lighter).

That’s fine but it was not communicated until after the fact when I asked why my delivery was a meal short? They have no issue taking your money right away. This is place is phenomenal! I started my fitness journey 4 months ago and I have been ordering here since then. The food always comes on time and customer serve is so great. Their response time is so fast and efficient. Not only are their meals healthy, they taste delicious. Working, going to school, and maintaining a social life is hard enough, let alone cooking your own meals. The best meal prep in the DMV for sure!

I haven’t actually gotten the food yet so I will update when I do, but customer service is top notch! I called and spoke with someone on the phone about my crazy schedule and they were extremely accommodating and said they would cater to whatever I needed. They have a great menu and you could just really tell they care and want to do right by the customer which is rare in today’s world! Can’t wait to try my first meal pack!

These are healthy meals that taste amazing and fit my calorie intake etc. and perfect for my nutrition needs! Wholey meal prep Meals are delicious, healthy, and priced perfectly. Every week I have the chance to choose my plates.These plates have not disappointed me at all they also offer juices!!! It has helped me with eating out less. I’m always looking forward to these when I get back home from a long day. Update: Jamie the owner has contacted me and I soooo appreciate that! She was quick to take care of the issue I was having and offered to make up for it. I love supporting small businesses, especially women owned ones so I’m so thankful she took care of everything.
They are a small business so sometimes things don’t go how you would like but give them grace and Jamie will take care of you for sure. I’ll be ordering again from them just based on how good the food is and how nice Jamie is!
