Top Shelf BBQ on Central Park Avenue. It’s the real deal. Just BBQ meat on paper sheets a few choice sides, nothing fancy. Which is quite simply BBQ perfection.
I’ve gotten the ribs and pulled pork. Their Mac n cheese and green beans sides complement the meat. Plus they have 5 different sauces to sample.
Simple decor, lined with multiple trophies and awards of the BBQ genius.
Run, don’t walk, to the Wild Hog!!

Today was my 1st time taking out at WHC, I was in the mood for some comfort food, this is the place to go if you want meats falling off from the bone, since it’s my 1st time, I had to get the sampler, and it was fantastic, every item was freshly cooked , the corn bread was moist, and the mac and cheese / salad was made fresh. I’m very satisfied and full to the tummy. Will definitely go back. The wings are to go for! Different types of hotness.. plenty of parking at the store. No wait, just walk in.

I’ve been here 3 times. I love the beef platter. The desserts are good but sell out fast. I was there today and the Cole slaw was sold out at 2pm. The sandwiches may be on the small side but the just a taste and platters are well worth it. Great food good prices. Very convenient location with plenty of parking.

Let’s start with the friendliness of the staff and how welcoming and customer service based they are.
A selection that any bbq person would want. Tonight I had the pulled chicken sandwich. I was a little surprised that it did not come out like other bbq places that I have been at where it was actually shredded to peices. The fries were cooked to my request (crispy) but not burned, they could have used a little salt but I appreciate them not adding salt because alot of places over due it.
The corn bread is a dense corn bread. Add a little butter to it and it comes alive in your mouth.

Great new spot. The food is pretty great considering we do not live in an area known for great barbecue. They have a bunch of locations in Arkansas and a few scattered around in other states. The pulled pork and brisket sandwiches were great. Give the dry rub wings a try as an appetizer.

Had the pulled pork sandwich, cole slaw, and fries. This is my first time here. Every Thanksgiving you can pre-order smoked Thanksgiving turkey for $55. The meats here are cooked in a smoker. The staff here are friendly. I’ll have to send the manager my highest recommendation.

Brisket was a little dry but where else in late 2020 are you going to find authentic BBQ in Westchester? It’s really freakin difficult. This place was awesome. Dropped by to celebrate a big accomplishment and could barley walk out!

Delicious BBQ in Yonkers, finally. Arrived and ordered the beef brisket, smoked sausage, coleslaw, mac n cheese and cornbread, with a fountain soda. Served on a tray. The two sauces tried, Original and Tangy, were very flavorful. Top notch. Prices were very reasonable. The plate in the picture was roughly $17 alone.
Everyone who considers themselves a BBQ lover should seek this cafe out. Worth your time and money!

Nice place. The food was really savory and well made. The soda machine was out of service and the bathroom lock didn’t work, but I’ve seen this as a common complaint in this place so I don’t want to reiterate. It was a good experience overall
