This was a great BBQ place!

We ordered platters and sandwiches, and everything was delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming, with fun decorations representing the area. We particularly enjoyed the brisket, pulled pork, and wings. The sides, including mashed potatoes, beans, and macaroni and cheese, were all fresh and flavorful. The six house BBQ sauces added a unique touch to the enjoyable experience—be sure to try them all and pick your favorites!

The portions were generous, and the prices were fair. The staff was great—super friendly and attentive. It’s the perfect spot for a tasty lunch while visiting Medford Main Street.

We ordered through GrubHub so I can’t comment on the service or atmosphere. What I can say is the food was absolutely amazing! The pulled pork was incredibly tender and delicious the Mac & Cheese was creamy and tender, the collard greens were flavorful. I was very glad we found this place and will definitely order again!

Indoor and outdoor seating. Part of a shopping complex ‘The feed mill’. Shared bathroom with another store. Clean, smells like chlorine.

Cool interior. Full rolls of paper towels at the tables. Large House bbq sauce bottles at each table.

Pulled chicken, pulled pork, brisket were all great. Ribs were decent size.

Potato salad was good. Could use a little more pepper or mayo or tang.

Collard greens were okay, could use a little more salt.

Cornbread was better than average. Not completely dry.

Overall really good.

Accepts tap to pay. No awkward tip tablet screen. Cash tip jar on counter.

Really helpful cashier. Nice and cheerful.

Definitely a place to check out. Burnt ends and turkey are fantastic. You can take over to the neutering brewery. Outdoor seating. In an old feed mill in a very historic town. Ice cream shop next door. Friendly service.

Food was delicious! I had pulled chicken with mac and cheese, potato salad and corn bread. The atmosphere is so nice, you can dine inside or outside. The restaurant is open to the outside dining area. They have 6 bbq sauces at the table to try. I love the type of blues/country music playing. I will be back!

Cute atmosphere and friendly staff. Food quality could use some improvement. Ordered both pulled pork and chicken sandwiches, the meat was barely warm and the bun was cool to the touch. A warm bun and much warmer meat would greatly improve the experience! The fries were very bland and also only slightly warm. A more seasoned French fry with salt would be much better! This place has a lot of potential but some work to do.

I ordered through DoorDash, so I rated everything a three.
I ordered the sliced brisket platter with baked beans and collard greens and added a side of cornbread and 2 sauces: mild and sweet.

The cornbread tasted stale. The brisket was tender, but sliced very thin. Roughly 5 to 6 slices. The beans had brisket in it, but the flavor was underwhelming. The greens were a little tough, and the flavor was underwhelming and a bit overpowered by vinegar. The sauces were great.

Very good bbq! I got the pulled chicken sandwich, cheesy corn, mac and cheese and a fountain drink. As a table we shared the fries that had cheese and ranch dressing. The food was delicious. They give you a lot of meat on your sandwich and then on the tables you have the different sauces to add. I will say it is not cheap to get a meal here, but I was satisfied with the quality of the food. Friend got the meat platter. The cornbread was a bit dry. Otherwise, everything was great overall and would definitely return!

Great food, and service. I will definitely go again. Didn’t know what I wanted. The guy taking my order was patient. I purchased multiple sauces and got 2 for free. Honestly I did add sauce to my chicken and brisket, then put it in the oven. (Not pictured) It was better. The ribs were fine the way they were. Delicious! Mac & Cheese was generic. I spruced that up with cheese, seasoning, and a little milk. Beans great as is. Great corn bread.

Had a great time at the Aug 11th Blues, brews and BBQ day. Double G Blues Band provided the blues, they were very good! Got a few Chido, Mexican Lagers from King’s Road. Awesome on a hot summer day. Whole Hog served up some delicious wings and ribs to fills us up. And can’t forget a couple of cones from PeeWee’s to cap the day off! Hoping they do this event again next year!

Had a great lunch at Whole Hog! Had a 4 rib platter with Mac & Cheese and cornbread. A pulled pork sandwich and a 10 piece dry rub wing order. Everything was delicious, very reasonably priced. What makes it even better is you can take out the food to the brewery next door! Staff was very friendly, food came out fast and hot! Will certainly be back!
