This place is always a joy! I usually get the amazing “Burnt Ends”but today I opted for the “brisket” sandwich with a side of collards. Amazing!! Btw the brisket comes with a BBQ sauce that I can’t eat

Me and my husband ate here for the 1st time on Friday. The service was great. We both ordered the two meat combo, I got the brisket and pulled pork with mac n cheese. The brisket was super tender and juicy, that it literally melted in mouth. I will definitely go back for the brisket.

Went here for the first time, and got the pulled pork sandwich, loaded hog fries with pulled pork and the hog platter! Everything was so fresh, flavorful and delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was the mac & cheese.. tasted like frozen mac and cheese.. but I will definitely be returning!

It’s not the best BBQ but it’s pretty good and you get a decent amount of food for what you pay for. The staff inside was really nice and helpful. The brisket was a little tough but had a nice flavor to it and the mild sauce was also great. Wasn’t a huge fan of the Cole slaw but the potato salad was excellent. Not sweet like a lot of potato salads which was a nice change!

The food here is fantastic. The brisket especially is worth a try. Mac and cheese is really good, as are the other sides. Each table has 6 different sauces to choose from, and they’re all pretty decent. The wings are also a really good option. Would definitely recommend trying Whole Hog

Food was good. The pulled pork was a little drier than I would have liked but it wasn’t bad. The brisket however, was smoky and very tasty. The sides were also very good. The cornbread was okay. Overall the service was fast and very friendly. Not a bad little restaurant to stop at.

1st timers here and wild hogs couldn’t drag me back to Whole Hog. The sausage was good, ribs were about 7 on a scale of 1-10. Chicken was mushy. My husband liked the original sauce, I preferred #3 but it was watery. The coleslaw couldn’t get past the smell to eat though it looked fresh. Green beans had no flavor , overcooked. Mac and cheese, no flavor, close to Kraft mac and cheese. Baked beans had flavor, weren’t dry, best side we ordered. Trophies are suspect

First timer here. The service was very nice and the restaurant had a good vibe. Sadly the food was just so bad. The beans were so dry they were inedible. I was supposed to get chopped brisket but since it was white I’m assuming that’s pulled pork but it was also so dry even sauce couldn’t save it. It did have a nice smoky flavor though. The only flavor coming through on the sausage was pepper so that was a bit disappointing. The cornbread crumbled everytime I attempted to break a bite off. The mac and cheese was the only saving grace of the meal. Not sure if this was just a one time thing so I would be willing to give the place one more try.

Visited here today, we were really excited because of all the good reviews an awards they won. We had the brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, burnt ends, ribs and sides such as corn bread Mac and cheese french fries and baked beans and baked potatoes. I’ll start off with the meats. The burnt ends were okay, the ribs were not the best, the pulled chicken was good, the pulled pork was okay, brisket was dry. Not as great as we expected it to be. The Mac and cheese was not good at all had no flavor kind of tasted like watery noodles. The corn bread my husband spit out, the baked beans were decent, French fries were good and the baked potatoes were just cold and dry. There soda was good tho. So with that being said I probably won’t be returning I will say that the staff was great very friendly very helpful and very kind. It’s rare to see hard working people with friendly faces anymore these guys were very kind. So that’s why I gave the three stars for there service. Also the sauces were good. Maybe it was just an off day for them idk good luck guys

My boyfriend and I went around 5pm and it was a pleasant time. The place was very clean and employees were friendly. Prices were very reasonable. We ordered the Hog platter which came with ribs, brisket, pulled pork, fries, cornbread, and Mac and cheese, also wings. However, the food was cold/room temperature and took away from the quality of the meat. The pulled pork and brisket were very dry, sauces helped. Cornbread was dry and no sweet flavor. Ribs were tasty and good sauce proportion but cold. We got tequila lime and the competition flavor for our wings. Wings were the best. Unique flavors, very tender and big wings. We did appreciate the variety 6-pack of bottled sauces at every table. I would definitely go back for the wings and try the sandwich options.
