Location: Whitt’s BBQ – Nolensville Rd
I pulled up to Whitt’s on Nolensville and grabbed two pulled pork sandwiches. No BBQ sauce in the bag. No Witts sauce. No mild sauce. Nothing. How y’all forget the main character of the meal?
Then I gave the banana pudding a shot — watery and flavorless. That ain’t it, fam. For a place that’s been around this long, I expected way better.
Sandwiches were mid. Sides were worse. Whole experience? Flat.
Rating: 2 outta 5.

They were really busy. Both I side and drive thru. Didn’t have very long to wait at all. Quick service and the cashier was super nice and professional. My loaded potato was undercooked, had a crunch to it but other than that they were awesome.

I do not recommend this location. I placed my order clearly up front and even verified it. When I asked for additional sauce, the attendant told me there would be a charge. I agreed. But when the sauce came out, she said she hadn’t charged me and then asked me to pay for it on the back end.
I explained that I had stated my order correctly from the start and just wanted the sauce (only 55 cents). Instead of making it right, she shut the service window in my face!! I even asked for the manager, and unbelievably, the manager also insisted that I still pay for the attendant’s mistake.
This is insane. If a business is going to nickel-and-dime customers over such a tiny amount while doubling down on poor customer service, it’s not worth your time or money. Take your business elsewhere

Health hazard… Who cuts the potato open while the tinfoil is still covering it??? These people do. Leaving shards of metal deep in your potato to eat and cut up your insides if you don’t notice and pick it out… And you see that VERY first photo on Google of the brisket right?! Total SCAM aka FALSE ADVERTISEMENT just to get you in the door, because they don’t actually make brisket.. I don’t think they make anything actually, everything was so microwaved. No authentic taste whatsoever.. And seriously? No light in the woman’s room…. I had to use the nasty men’s room with my toddler because the women’s room had no light.. Not to mention overpriced… As we were eating there we were looking up a better place to have BBQ and now we are at Judge Beans BBQ, just like that.

Need to improve the quality control. The food is inconsistent. Some wings in my order was fresh and a few others were hard as a hammer. Food is always hit or miss.
