Saw a fb post raving about the tenderloin.. we were working close by so we decided to grab one today around 5pm. Well, they were burnt, hard and dry.. Maybe just a bad cook. Staff very pleasant and friendly.

If you are in or near Whiteland, IN this is a must stop. If you are looking for a great bar with excellent food. There is something for everyone and they do have delivery options. Their menu is vast with a little bit of everything to include some signature specials. The bar allows smoking and there is plenty of alcohol and entertainment. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is plenty of seating inside and outside on the patio. The food is excellent and portion size is very filling. Had the black and blue burger and some jumbo wings.

We love Whit’s! Spicy bloody mary(s) a runny egg and cheese sandwich, and a side of tots with a cheese cup….my favorite breakfast stop. Best “runny egg sandwich” since I was a kid. 🙂

This place is a gem. We enjoyed hamburgers and the giant tenderloin. They atmosphere was perfect and the patio was relaxing. The most important part was being able to smoker you can here. Be aware of the signs there IS SMOKING! Dont come in if you don’t like it. This is a place open to all not just the non-smokers. Something us smokers miss is having a place for us too. Thanks to the owners for remembering us❣️

If you want a true Indiana tenderloin, this is the place. The restaurant is a mom and pop owned establishment that employes great people who take pride in preparing your food and beverages. That speaks volumes on the owners. Support local families by stopping in here. Get your order to go too if you would like. There is outdoor seating as well.

I stopped in the get the fish lunch sandwich. I was looking forward to this because they told me it was walleye or cod. I looked at the filet and noticed it was fairly small. So I bite into it, hardly any fish and it was very very fish. I will not be getting this again. My stomach has been upset the rest of the day. I was really looking forward to this today.

Stopped here for lunch on a weekday. Not very busy at the time, but they were still understaffed. Basically had the bartender holding everything down. The environment there was kinda off a bit. Even on a bright sunny day, it was dark and dreary inside. Also, for those that care, smoking is somehow permitted in here. Could be a deciding factor for some folks. I decided to get the tenderloin sandwich, seeing as how they advertise it as the best Indiana. It wasn’t. It was pretty decent, nothing wrong with it, but it was far from the best. Definitely bun-sized, not the traditional, pounded out, “where’s the bun?” style tenderloin that you should expect from any place in Indiana. In all, not a bad experience, but for the money, Whit’s Inn comes in close to the bottom of my list of places that I would return to.

My wife and I had dinner at Whit’s Inn last night. She is very picky about what she will eat when it comes to grilled meat products, she had your chicken sandwich – loved it. I had the wings – they were excellent. And, the service we received out on the patio was exceptional. Our server great, the other server also checked on this when she was out there and the manager came out to check on everyone a couple times as well. It was honestly a GREAT job all the way around…
