Okay…the location is not the most convenient and unlike the other locations, not in the immediate downtown area. That being said, it was super clean and felt very updated unlike other locations like in Granville. Fresh coat of paint, very clean on the inside as well. Also unlike some other locations when you get 2 scoops, you actually get a full TWO. The only reason I voted 4 rather than 5 stars is that they closed the store early by about 20 minutes or so. Luckily we got there in time.

Waiting in line for a while. I was handed my small sundae with the toppings overflowing. Strawberry syrup dripped everywhere. No napkins. I went in and asked for a larger cup to put it in so it was edible. She dumped it into a smaller plastic lid and looked back at me to see what to do with the rest. A larger cup would have solved the problem. I did receive a refund

There was a super sweet woman who helped me walk my drinks out to the car because I had two kiddos with me. I’ve never went out to eat and had such outstanding service. Such kind people work here by far my best going out experience with 2 under two!

Okay, so the absolute highlight of any trip for me to Coshocton is stopping at Whit’s. The frozen custard is just out of this world!
I live in Minnesota and have traveled to many other states and places but they’re simply is no other place with desserts that taste as good as this!
