So disappointing. First of all the candy yams or sweet potatoes came straight out of a can and into this container. No sugar, no butter, no cinnamon, I Mean Nothing Was Added. The wing sauce was Nasty. And the wings are the size of my pinky finger. Didn’t know they sold it that small.
And I can’t understand why everybody have an attitude in there when you give him bad service. Never Again!!

Paid for 4 things of extra sauce got none of them asked for a fish sandwich got one piece of bread dry polish boy my hubby said his food was OK but the best thing about this visit was the order taker/cashier her name is Vanessa she’ll be the reason I’ll give them one more try. Very sweet lady nice personality. When I called to tell her she said make sure to come back wen she’s there so we can get what we paid for. Ms Vanessa excellent customer service

I wanted to share the excellent experience I had at this Whitmores location. Myself and some friends hosted a luncheon today and ordered 4 slabs of ribs. The ribs were ready at the time promised when I arrived to pick the order up. The luncheon guests were excited when we told them that the ribs came from Whitmores. One of the out of town guests mentioned how good their sauce is and another guest commented that Whitmores ribs are the best in Cleveland and no one has been able to show her a better value and quality product. The ribs did not disappoint! Tender, juicy, meaty, saucy, a true crowd pleaser! I frequent this location and the customer service and presentation at a good price. I will be back as I have for over 20+ years

I’m not sure what there standards are for what they serve but this is insane. I have one wing that’s the size of 3 wings put together.
I get that we were some of the last customers of the night but they could have kept those baby wings for a snack while they was at work. Why treat people who choose to close your store down like we never ate here before or plan on coming back? I think I just answered my own question!!!!!!!!!

Worker singing when you walk in especially at night. Wings awesome with sauce. Only bad is sometimes the fries have a crunch i don’t like. Overall awesome. But it look like it got burnt down 🙁

I was passing through Cleveland so I had to another Polish Boy. I ordered the Polish Boy Deluxe and a small fry. The Polish Boy was delicious. The pork shoulder and sausage was moist and juicy. The only thing is that bun was soggy. Which fine by me because I don’t like bread way. Next time I’ll tell them to leave off the bread. Everyone was very nice and polite. The prices are reasonable.

Very inconsistent with quality. Rib dinners extremely overpriced for quality of food. Taste inconsistent. They will serve you old dry chewy leftover ribs especially if you happen to order after a catering order if placed or picked up. You pay extra for sauce and the barely put any on your food. Ribs have bitter little meat on them, mostly bone 90% of the time unfortunately it will be a disappointing experience. There has to be a better bbq place in the Cleveland area.

Whitmore’s Bar-B-Q is hands-down the best spot in town! The food is always fresh, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly every time. The staff is super friendly and the service is fast. Every visit has been great, and you can really tell they care about their customers. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for real quality BBQ. Keep up the amazing work, Whitmore’s!

I hadn’t been here in over 10 years..I saw a review on Eat Local Ohio and it looked improved. This was the worst takeout experience I’ve had. I ordered their 4 wing/3 bone combo that was supposed to come with fresh cut fries, coleslaw and bread . I also ordered caramel cake.
When the driver handed me the bag it smelled burnt. Sure enough they gave me 8 wings that were old. They clearly were fried previously in old grease, refrigerate then refried. They were trying to get rid of them. They were hard as bricks. Same for the ribs. Burnt to a crisp and greasy. I asked for lite sauce and paid for sauce on the side. They sent it dry. The bread was like paste from the condensation. The fries were barely there and smelled burnt as well. They sent me yellow cake with chocolate icing that was melted. The entire slice. I sent pics to DoorDash and they refunded my entire amount because of how despicable my order was. I called Whitmore’s directly. The lady apologized but didn’t seem concerned. She said I wouldn’t have to pay for a replacement and the owners would have to reach out to DD. Never again
