I recently went there after about 20 years. The food was amazing. Some of the best BBQ in the area. Everything I tried was great. The staff kept the buffet filled while the waitresses never let my tea glass get below half empty. The food was a step above just regular country food. It welcomes diners used to more sophisticated fare while still keeping to its country roots.

Food is really good & so is the staff but the prices are way TOO HIGH especially for a small town! $15 for a buffet that doesn’t even include your drink & the buffet is not that big. You won’t be disappointed with the food, but you may have to hit up your 401k if you want to take your family out & choose this place lol.

The food was amazing and the bartender made the best drinks! My only complaint was that it looks is close to an hour to get our food and some components of it weren’t hot by the time we got it. The restaurant is small so the poor waitress was so busy trying to tend to all the customers that she rarely got a chance to come around to our table and check on us. Overall we enjoyed ourselves though and we would come back again.

excellent food service and atmosphere. on our way to Emerald isle NC we got hungry and Google guided us there. what a treat. bbq melted in our mouths, veggies like corn, Lima beans and green beans tasted fresh and like home. the blueberry and blackberry bread pudding was fantastic. obviously enjoyed by the locals but staff were so nice to us tourists. only about 10 minutes off our route but glad we decided to go

I love Whitley’s! Their buffet and plate items are great and pack a lot of flavor. My favorites on the buffet are the fish, chicken, sweet potato casserole and apples. Off the menu, I enjoy the beef tips and bacon wrapped shrimp! The atmosphere is great to work in and enjoy a meal. Overall wonderful place to come and eat some good old southern food and barbecue.

Took dear friends out to dinner because this restaurant came highly recommended . This was the worst Seafood Buffet I have ever been to. The overall experience was disappointing. The entire Buffett bar was barely lukewarm.. Added the crab legs and waited 30 minutes for them. Ordered a cup of coffee to the already 30 dollar individual dinner price and was told it would be extra. Said ok coffee came cold. Asked for a hot cup and was told the coffee pot was broke. The waitress made a smart remark about she didn’t know that it was cold she couldn’t stick her finger in it. Well so much for customer service. Had to put our dirty plates on a empty table because they were never picked up. Told the manager about our experience and she said she had called for repair 3 times on the coffee pot. Excuse me but there are more issues to worry about than a coffee pot. With all the good reviews I really must have missed something.

I have been to Murfreesboro a bunch of times, but never stopped here. I am so glad I did. We got there around 6pm and had the best southern buffet I think I have had anywhere. The food was amazing and the waitstaff was excellent. I fell in love with the meatloaf and the chicken. The sweet potatoes took my breath away. Seriously, if you are foodie like I am, then you do not want to miss this place.
