I recently went there after about 20 years. The food was amazing. Some of the best BBQ in the area. Everything I tried was great. The staff kept the buffet filled while the waitresses never let my tea glass get below half empty. The food was a step above just regular country food. It welcomes diners used to more sophisticated fare while still keeping to its country roots.

She is very attentive to the needs of her customers and is hands on in making sure you are served and comfortable.
I took a group on a Friday night and they had a ball and enjoyed the food. The buffet is great for those who are big eaters but she has alternatives that are just as good as the buffet.

I love Whitley’s! Their buffet and plate items are great and pack a lot of flavor. My favorites on the buffet are the fish, chicken, sweet potato casserole and apples. Off the menu, I enjoy the beef tips and bacon wrapped shrimp! The atmosphere is great to work in and enjoy a meal. Overall wonderful place to come and eat some good old southern food and barbecue.

excellent food service and atmosphere. on our way to Emerald isle NC we got hungry and Google guided us there. what a treat. bbq melted in our mouths, veggies like corn, Lima beans and green beans tasted fresh and like home. the blueberry and blackberry bread pudding was fantastic. obviously enjoyed by the locals but staff were so nice to us tourists. only about 10 minutes off our route but glad we decided to go

Food is really good & so is the staff but the prices are way TOO HIGH especially for a small town! $15 for a buffet that doesn’t even include your drink & the buffet is not that big. You won’t be disappointed with the food, but you may have to hit up your 401k if you want to take your family out & choose this place lol.

I have been to Murfreesboro a bunch of times, but never stopped here. I am so glad I did. We got there around 6pm and had the best southern buffet I think I have had anywhere. The food was amazing and the waitstaff was excellent. I fell in love with the meatloaf and the chicken. The sweet potatoes took my breath away. Seriously, if you are foodie like I am, then you do not want to miss this place.

The food was amazing and the bartender made the best drinks! My only complaint was that it looks is close to an hour to get our food and some components of it weren’t hot by the time we got it. The restaurant is small so the poor waitress was so busy trying to tend to all the customers that she rarely got a chance to come around to our table and check on us. Overall we enjoyed ourselves though and we would come back again.

Stopped in after a ball game and had some BBQ sandwiches, fries and some corn sticks! No need for sauce on this BBQ, good as it is with a heaping spoon of slaw. Corn sticks were delicious, next time it will be them in place of the bun! Staff was extremely friendly and attentive, even at the end of a full day’s service. We appreciated the hospitality!
