Previous review from 10 months ago: Disappointing, the Nan bread was undercooked. I could smell the raw dough and couldn’t eat it. However, the rest of the food was nice.
Highly Disappointing – Standards Have Dropped and Naan is Still Undercooked (Avoid)
6th December 2025 Update:
I would have thought this takeaway would listen to customer reviews, but clearly, they don’t. Issues from my previous visit ten months ago have not been fixed, and the overall food quality has actually gotten worse.
The Naan bread was undercooked yet again, making it completely inedible—the same exact problem from my last review.
More concerningly, the standard of the main dishes has gone south:
The Chicken Tikka Shashlick and Chicken Taka Masala were tough and chewy, tasting clearly like they had been reheated.
The chips were also reheated and unappetising.
The Chicken Chat lacked any flavour except for an overwhelming taste of tomato purée.
The only items that were nice were the vegetable rice and the salad, which are the simplest things to prepare.
Given the persistent, serious issue with the undercooked naan and the sharp decline in the quality of the main courses, I strongly advise against ordering from here.

Had to change my review. Have ordered from here dozens of times since moving to the area. Had the chicken tikka mosala this evening after a few bites could smell what could only be described as a faeces smell coming from the chicken! Rang them to tell them and they wouldn’t give a refund! Whole meal now in the bin

Had a takeaway. Great vegan options. Flavours were great. Ordered online, collected 30 mins later. Tofu shashlik was good, I’d like the tofu cooking firmer, but that’s personal preference, it was probably cooked as most people would like it. Really enjoyed.

Popped in on a Saturday evening after finding our 1st choice was fully booked. I’m glad we did go as the food was excellent. Big portions and a huge peshwari nann side. Price was competitive and service prompt and friendly. Cobra was on draught, which is a nice change from the usual Carlings, Coors, etc. Still got to work our way through the opposition but thumbs up for this venue.

Don’t let the flashy lights and facades of the other places draw you in! This place had great food with big portion sizes for the price and very good hospitality. A food hygiene rating of 5 as opposed to the flashy places with only 3’s! Great vegetarian and vegan options as well as meat courses. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re ever in the area.

Extremely tasty food, I had all the garlic specials. Chapattis were fresh & soft.

Service was spot on.
