First time there but won’t be my last! Absolutely fantastic place with great beer and food. Space is wonderful also with pleyof indoor and outdoor seating and entertainment. Stayed in the cabins next door which is the way to go! Can’t wait to go back.

Stopped in as we prepare to head home on a Sunday in mid fall. Sat outside on their heated deck area. Appreciate the warmth on this somewhat windy fall day. Music is playing (streaming today) at the right level to be able to still converse.
Food- chicken sandwich with Mac & cheese was very good and recommended. The smash burger was also really good. The sweet potato fries were good but just a bit overcooked. And our cheese curd appetizer was portioned well but, when an appetizer is ordered it needs to be treated as such and delivered before the meal, I mean that’s is the definition of an appetizer!
Drinks- beers were all ok. The hot cider was ok and a bit small, not being very hot. The Apple sangria was tasty.
We’d eat here again! There were an endless stream of customers entering the parking lot from the time they opened to an hour afterwards when we left.
Hint- arrived and go in to place your order. No table side ordering. Then enjoy!

I had the Cackalaky Beer, shrimp with buffalo sauce and a Greek salad. Friends had chicken sandwich , sweet potato fries, and Brussels sprouts. It was all good, but I liked those Brussel sprouts. We ate on the porch which had plastic to block the wind and they had heaters. There’s an open sheltered area. A lawn with a stage, corn hole, and hillbilly golf.

Everything was great. The Pretzles were some of the best I’ve had! I really liked my Turkey Reuben as well as the Chicken Sandwich. Also both beers we tried were very good!!! The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was that the ordering feels rushed at the counter and there is no table service. However, despite the restaurant not being full service, they still expect you to tip like it is (18-25% recommended). Other than that we both enjoyed Whitsides!

The food here was amazing! We had the sweet potato fries with goat cheese, brussel sprouts, and shared a smash burger with mac and cheese. Decent choice of beers too. Busy place, get there early!

I come up here every year when I visit from Florida and this by far is one of my favorite places. The food is excellent especially their pretzels and fried chicken! You can’t do any better. Also their merchandise is great also. They do tend to get busy on the weekends so get there early!

The only two complaints are that they didn’t have the grilled cheese on the menu and their driveway was STEEP!
But let me tell you- the food was delicious. We were completely in love with the flavors and the crunch of the food. The garlic cheese curds were fought over, the pretzel bites were toasted to literal perfection with the cheddar beer cheese dip, the wings were crispy and well seasoned. My kids and husband loved their burgers and let me tell you- if they weren’t 6 hours from my house I’d be there every weekend.You pay/order at the counter and then can sit anywhere- bar, tables, outside (where they had lawn games).

This place is absolutely AMAZING. Food was delicious atmosphere was great. They have a huge field for family sports and games. Highly recommend the loaded nachos.

We ate here TWICE during our two day stay. The pretzel bites, Brussels Sprouts, chicken wings and cheeseburger were all so good!! We will definitely be back when we’re in Cashiers!!
