Never going back . Charge me extra topping but gave me a plain pizza instead . Called them and yet the guy said it’s not his fault and said he didn’t make the order. This for the guy~ gotta make sure it’s the right order before u give to customer . I am not driving back just to get pepperoni on my pizza. Doesn’t matter who makes it … u charge extra money but don’t give what u charged.. stupid !!

I’ve been to this place many times before because it’s in my neighborhood, but this visit was by far the worst.
They sell pizza for dine-in, so we paid and sat down to eat with my kids. Shortly after, my youngest son urgently needed to use the bathroom. When I went to the bathroom, the door was locked. I waited almost 5 minutes, thinking someone was inside. I knocked on the door and asked if anyone was inside, but no one answered.
I then went to the register and asked the employee taking orders if anyone was in the bathroom or if he had the key. He said, “I don’t know where the key is. You have to wait for the manager. The manager is outside.” I waited another 5 minutes while my pizza sat on the table getting cold. No one came to help, and no one showed any concern.
It honestly did not seem true that the manager was outside. It looked like the person who usually stays at the front taking orders was sitting at another table on a break, while they gave excuses instead of helping a child who urgently needed the bathroom.
When I went back again and asked him to call the manager, he rudely said, “Don’t tell me what to do. Just wait for the manager.” Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Only after another employee stepped in was the bathroom finally opened.
By then, the pizza was cold and the experience was ruined. Rude staff, poor management, and zero care for customers or families. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place at all.

The pizza was good but we had to wait 35 minutes for our pie. We got a free 2 liter for waiting so long but other then the wait, I would definitely recommend this pizza shop if you’re in queens

Is it the best pizza you’ll ever have, no, but I still enjoy it. For me, sometimes you need that greasy classic NYC pizza. This checks the boxes and delivery is always fast and the pizza is still piping hot. I enjoy their Sicilian and chicken rolls.

I thought the personal pie (no cheese) was pricey from what I usually pay, but I will say that it was delicious. Not oily, sauce was just right. The guy who did my order put extra veggies, piled high so it was worth the price. That was very nice! I appreciate that since I can’t have cheese. A lot of hard workers here.

delivery driver was very un professional,i paid card and told him cash tip .the driver comes and i put dash the no tip and he starts smacking his finger on the tip line saying “my gas not free,my time not free”before i can even pull the cash tip out my back pocket.this isn’t the first time these drivers come aggressive over a tip BEFORE I CAN PRESENT THE CASH.my intentions are always to tip but i will not tip to people who come aggressive.

Owner is a jerk..He can learn customer service skills from his friendly staff. Staff even displays shame for the way he treats customers. I can only imagine what the staff must endure if he doesn’t try to hide his ways to the public. Today was my last day giving business here.

Went here on 7/13 and I am completely shocked at how not good the pizza was. It’s been over 30 years since visiting this location so change does happen. Used to live in College Point in the 80’s and 90’s and they were the best in town. Not sure maybe a bad day. The staff was absolutely fantastic and wonderful to deal with. Wish I could return, but no longer live near NYC.
