I’ve been eyeing White Shepherd Coffee since moving to Spring Hill in 2022, but my work schedule always clashed with their hours. Now, with the rest of the year off, I finally made it—and I’m hooked.
Tucked off the main drag, this spot isn’t a stumble-upon find; you have to seek it out. Yet in just 30 minutes here, I’ve seen a steady stream of locals pouring in. In three short years, they’ve built a loyal following, alongside The Bridge mega-church, the new SHPD HQ, and nearby businesses.
I ordered my go-to litmus test: a Hot Raspberry Mocha (aka Mochaberry Heat from my barista days). Most shops botch it—90%+ failure rate—but here? Perfection on the first try, no guidance needed. The Breakfast Sandwich was solid and flavorful, though next time I’ll skip the cream cheese to avoid the mess (knife-and-fork mission accomplished).
Spacious tables beg for laptops, the vibe is cozy-casual, staff are genuinely warm, and the playlist is spot-on. Count me as a regular now. If you’re in Spring Hill, don’t miss it!

I ordered the peppermint mocha and it is the BEST one I’ve ever had!! My husband got the pumpkin chai and it is also amazing. Not too sweet. It is obvious White Shepherd coffee uses high quality ingredients and cares about the customer experience. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by.

On our way out from Franklin,TN decided to get some ice coffee for the road. Went to a quaint live and shop area in Spring Hill, TN and discovered this gem of a coffee shop there, White Shepherd Coffee. The workers were very friendly and informative especially the general manager. Her name was Pam, I think? Ordered the 24oz German Shepherd iced coffee. It was delicious and well made. They use all organic ingredients. Did not try the pastries but they did look good. Friends ordered the same German Shepherd iced coffee and was impressed with it. Someone else got the Cherry Bomb ice refresher and loved it. The other couple even got the roasted beans to take home. The coffee shop is locally owned. Was informed that the core value of the coffee shop was “Faith, loyalty and trust”.

What an absolute hidden gem! The coffee here is incredibly delicious. The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel is equally amazing. It was perfectly toasted, loaded with flavor, and the ideal breakfast combo with my coffee. Service is phenomenally fast, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about what they do. This place deserves way more recognition!

Quiet and small, really enjoyable to just sit and drink your coffee. Or tea! I got a black cold brew 16 oz, and their chocolate croissant. The croissant was very flaky and good, and the cold brew was some of the best i’ve had in awhile. Wasn’t too bitter and has a nice hint of sweet aftertaste. Very enjoyable definitely will come back, and definitely recommend this hidden gem.

Great little family-owned coffee shop near the Bridge Church! Plenty of delicious coffee and food choices. Really appreciate the all-natural syrups for the refreshers. Normally when my kids order drinks they come out in the most unnatural electric colors, but not at WS! I also love that they use the “good ice”. It’s small touches like these that keep their customers coming back for more. We will be back soon.

Just got White Shepherd for the first time after living in the area for 4 years and I can’t believe I haven’t tried them sooner! My latte was absolutely phenomenal, not too sweet, shot tasted amazing. I also got the egg sandwich with bacon on an everything bagel and I’ve never eaten anything faster in my life. The bagels were so soft, everything tasted fresh, absolutely will be coming back!

They have decent coffee. I tried the matcha my first time here and I found it to be too bitter. It is a little more on the expensive side.
