We are a family owned and operated business here in Sulphur Springs, Texas. We are the owners of White Oak Buffet in Dike and White Oak City Limits is an our new restaurant near downtown. My wife and I went there for lunch today and I ordered the double-cheeseburger and she the chicken fried steak. The double-cheeseburger was so large, I had a hard time to pick it up and eat it and my wife said the chicken fried steak was very good as well.

We had breakfast here today and it was really good! The pancakes are delicious! Eggs were cooked perfectly. Service was super friendly. Prices were very reasonable. Go try ‘em yourself!

Good prices, friendly waitress and pretty good food. My waffle could have been cooked a little longer, the sausage a little less and my over hard egg had a slight run. Having owned and operated a restaurant, I know that sometimes the cook can have an off day. Nothing was bad enough to return to the kitchen though and we all left full. I would give this place another try because it has good prices and it was still an okay meal. Other members of my party didn’t complain and my youngest is a breakfast foodie. Guess you will ha e to check it out yourself and see how it is.

I tried the chicken fried steak dinner and the steak was very tough and hard to cut without a steak knife. The gravy, sides and roll were very good.
Service was attentive but not intrusive. Prices are not bad at all.
Second time I got the lunch special-chicken and dressing-which was excellent. Sides of fried okra and green beans did not disappoint. I ordered to pick up and all was hot and perfect. It was ready on time and again service was friendly and helpful.
