Their setvice was 1 of a kind, awesome people. I recommend this spot and enjoyed my sweet treat… better than many of the other places in the area…

Best service ever! The owner is incredibly kind and knowledgeable he took the time to explain everything and recommended several drinks. I ended up trying the passion fruit with popping boba and the tiger stripe, and both were amazing. The drinks are honestly very good; my only small concern is that the boba is a bit smaller than what I’m used to. Overall, this is an amazing spot and I’ll definitely be coming back! There’s so much more than just boba here. I highly recommend checking it out

A lot of great choices for your sweet tooth. We had the waffle cones and they were amazing ! A little pricy so we won’t be regulars but definitely worth it ! Treat yourself to some great ice cream. Lots of toppings and choices. Even played Connect Four while waiting. Lots of fun. Highly recommend!

Contemporary vibe with 28 flavors of ice cream and 18 flavors of Gelato. They also have protein shakes, Boba, fruit smoothies and teas. I had the espresso chip ice cream, and the tiramisu, and biscoff Gelato. They were all delightful but the tiramisu was my favorite. My kids had the orange ice cream and loved it. They also had the strawberry Boba and mango Boba. Those were very good as well and tasted like fresh fruity goodness. I only got to have a sip out of it as they wouldn’t share. Highly recommend!

I’m gonna start with OMG!!! First off the customer service is amazing. We had 5 of us and one being a toddler, they gave her a balloon and were so nice to her.
Besides the best service I have had in a loooong time. The gelato was amazing. The Hong Kong waffles were amazing. The sauce was different but it added a salty element to the sweet everything it’s not for everyone but I loved it.
They had an amazing selection of flavors we went with the Ferrero Rocher, Dubai Chocolate and the Biscoff Cookie… it was fantastic.

Quite literally obsessed with this place!! Been here twice and it keeps getting better! The waffle ice cream cone is absolutely insaaaane! I usually don’t love bread type desserts, this thing is crazy!!
Place is SO cool & funky. Lots of white igloo themed stuff & fun screen saver like fish on the TV screen. We play the games every time. This is such a fun place to go late night & have some ice cream & just vibe.
Ice cream is SO good! Adult kid who makes them is fantastic! The host with the most Steven is also a delight! He brought me napkins, added chocolate sauce to my ice cream & a glass of water without asking. They go above + beyond for customer service here. Such a feel good pleasant place.
Looking forward to bringing all of our friends here soon!

I visited White Igloo last night, and I have to say, the ambiance is absolutely adorable! From the moment I walked in, it was clear that a lot of thought and investment went into the decor. The place is nicely arranged, and they even have games set up for customers to enjoy while indulging in their ice cream.
The service I received was fantastic. The employee who took care of me was very friendly and attentive, which made my experience even more pleasant.
However, I do have some reservations about the pricing. I ordered a small bubble waffle with a single scoop of gelato, and it came to $15. While the gelato and ice cream I sampled were delicious and clearly homemade, I found it hard to justify the cost for what I received. For that price, I could easily buy three pints of Ben and Jerry’s or make my own waffle at home for much less.
I think White Igloo should reconsider their pricing strategy, as it could deter potential customers who appreciate quality but also seek value. Overall, I enjoyed my visit, but unless the prices change, I may hesitate to return.

As someone who traveled to Italy for two weeks last year let me tell you this is the closest gelato to being in Rome! Tons of options from protein shakes, gluten free and sugar free options and open late! The manager and his co worker were both very sweet and informative! The bubble waffle was filled with vanilla and both of the staff here were amazing. Board games provided and the vibes alone will have us returning to “find our favorites” for sure!

Beautiful place and delicious gelato! Be warned, cream will alter the milk tea flavor, it was closer to a milkshake/yogurt bevarage. I wasn’t a fan because I prefer more of the tea taste. Definitely will go back for that gelato!
