This was an interesting find after reading about it online. The staff here were very friendly and efficient. The hamburgs and cheeseburgs are delicious. The specials looked delicious. There is plenty of parking right outside. I am looking forward to going back again soon.

White hut has always been a staple in the valley. They opened new location in Holyoke which is great because I work in town and can order lunch from them a few times a month. Never had any issues or complaints with the food, their burgers are perfectly proportioned to my liked and their fries and onion rings are very good. They also have a great selection or Stewarts bottled sodas. The staff is generally pretty friendly, everyone’s entitled to a bad day once in a while. My only complaint would be how they handle their to-go orders. occasionally it looks like someone sat on my burger, and when I order with a couple people its always impossible to tell who got what without opening each burger up and dissecting it, which is very frustrating. Typically places will number the burgers based on the order they were placed. After the first time this happened I went as far to add names in the Note section of the order, politely asking them to “please label the burgers.” This was not followed. I tried again with just putting numbers in the notes, i.e. #1, #2, #3. this was not followed. Its a small price to pay for, IMO, a great burger. But i also consider it to be procedural low hanging fruit that could better mine and probably many others experience with the restaurant. It wont stop me from frequenting the joint, it’ll just keep me from giving it 5 stars.

Food is actually good on occasions but VERY hit or miss sadly. My chicken sandwhich had a quarter amount of lettuce , BBQ sauce , one tiny tomato and no cheese even though I paid for it. And YES I did ask for light bbq not light everything though which is super dissatisfying. At that didn’t call us up when food was done, had another employee apologizing for our food sitting there so long without anyone saying anything to us. Last time chili was more on the bag than the burger itself. No customer service at all , I was practically begging for eye contact or a “how can I help you”. It is very much the staff working there, thanks.

Great food depending on who’s there? Short little guy was rude and wraps the sloppiest burgers forgetting seasoning and toppings more than once, and put my hotdog in the bag wrapped instead of in the to go cover that the other worker used on my previous order 5 min earlier, she had to give me the to go cover cause the lil man wouldn’t come out the side room after giving me my food, besides him i love the place, no problem with the other workers.

They are soo friendly, funny and the food is delicious.
To feel comfortable, it’s the place to be.
I wasn’t sure what I wanted on my burger and they let me try the different toppings.
It is clean, tidy and has a great atmosphere.
I will definitely be back if Massachusetts is my next holiday destination again.
PS: Try the milkshakes, it’s worth it.

First time I went here it was terrible. Skinny gal working the fryer was in a big hurry and undercooked everything. Last few times I went however, everything was great. Definitely see why this product has a cult following. I’m about 20.00 in after I throw in a few bucks for a tip. Just a touch high for the average family of 4.

A great experience for the opening week of this White Hut location. We ordered 5 food items and a drink for 2 people; it was right under $30. The food was excellent and although it is on the smaller portion side, the taste and quality easily beats fast food options. The service was a little slow but that is to be expected for a new opening. The atmosphere was good but you do feel a bit claustrophobic. This could easily be fixed by changing the direction and flow of the line formed. Would recommend anyone to check it out and enjoy a quick and delicious meal.

The double cheeseburger was hot, fresh and cheesy! Quite tasty… The onion rings were hot but meh, bland coating and the serving was kind of small for nearly $5 on their own! Service was fast and cheerful but the dining room was small and kind of run down!

Burgers are soft and flavorful but they’re on the small side, so you’ll need a double or two to satiate your hunger.
I didn’t care for the fries, they’re cooked in the same fryalator as the onion rings, so they smelled and tasted like onions.
The hours are odd. A burger restaurant that serves dinner but close at 630pm is just so odd.
