I work in Barberton so I go here once in a while. When I get it to go it seems like the box holds moisture and make the chicken and fries a little soggy so I decided to eat in the dining area. What a difference! The chicken and fries where crispy and delicious! I love that the food is home made and fresh. The prices are great too!

I ordered a 3 wing dinner through door dash barberton location. Almost all my wings were pink and I didnt notice until it was too late. Ive been trying to call to ask a manager about why the food is being undercooked, especially chicken considering food poisoning isnt something I want or someone else to get. & i couldnt get anyone to pick up the phone after calling 4 separate times. Then when my door dasher gave me my bag she said the cashier wouldnt give her a receipt for my meal, stated it wouldnt be needed. & here we are no receipt, no answers, and a dinner I couldn’t eat.

I love this place every time I order it puts a smile on my face. The only downside is I need to salt my chicken a little, but otherwise this place slaps! They were running a BOGO special on tenders and sides on Uber Eats that was nearly impossible to beat. I would suggest giving them a shot, I I think they are at least as good as some of the better chicken places in town maybe better it’s just down to what you prefer in your meat but they are always really juicy and great quality cook tender meat. A+ across the board, better than the big chains for sure

I’ve been wanting to try this chicken for several years. I’ve read so much about it however, I’ve never driven into this part of Ohio before. The food did not disappoint. The young lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. Loved the chicken and sides.

Great place. Barberton chicken is famous, but no one heard of it in Cleveland. Lilly, the hostess, is super nice, and so is the cook, Taivd. Great tasting chicken( the secret is cooked in lard), huge portion of fries.Coleslaw and rice hot sauce. 10.95 for 1/2 chicken. Breadcrumbs special too. Highly recommended of in the area.

The food was ok. The chicken was tender and juicy but the breading was mediocre. The sides were very small and tasted like they came out of a box. The service was very slow and it seemed like they were a bunch of careless teenagers working there. The inside of the building was definitely not somewhere I would ever sit and eat a meal at.

Traveled an hour from Cleveland to check out this place and the service was so good. The chicken and the breading was unique and the fries were so good. The other sides were ok. It was a nice time.

We had a very large order (20 people) it was ready for pick up in 25 minutes! Employees were friendly and made us feel our business was valued! Food was hot and delicious!!

The fries and chicken had no flavor and were FULL of grease. Would not recommend.. Threw all of the food away after a couple of bites
