We first heard about White Horse Saloon through word of mouth, and the rave reviews piqued our interest. So, naturally, we set off on another culinary adventure. We’re happy to report that White Horse Saloon did not disappoint.
We began with the combo appetizer platter, and every bite had its own distinct flavor—definitely not your average plate of fried food. For the main course, I went with the pork fritter sandwich, while my wife opted for the four-meat pizza. Both dishes arrived piping hot, tasting incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared.
White Horse Saloon has earned a spot in our regular dinner rotation—it’s definitely a top go-to place for us now!

The staff are very nice, their food is delicious, served in a timely manner. The waitresses keep an eye on your drinks so they are never empty.
It was decorated very festive for the Christmas Holiday. I would highly recommend friends and family to go there.

The burgers are delicious! Service is fast and on point. If we are wanting burgers, this is where we always choose. Son ordered the Frisco burger of the month, we ordered cheeseburgers and a chicken bacon wrap. So yummy! The carrot cake was SOOO good! I couldnt take pictures fast enough, only got 2 lol Highly recommend!

A friend and I met up at this Saloon and had a couple beers and burgers. The bartender Gina is awesome! She is friendly and happy to be there. The burgers were outstanding! I had the mushroom burger and asked for grilled onions. My friend had the BBQ burger. We will definitely be back to try some of the other items on the menu.

Very disappointed in the service tonight didnt get part of my order to go said something before I left and was just told its in with the other food just to get home and find out in fact it wasn’t in there. I go back just to be told sorry people make mistakes. So I end up having to toss out part of my food since by time i get home the fries are now cold .smfh Moral of the story dont trust that they can do there job and double check your food your self.

We often take road trips in search of scenic routes while grabbing lunch. We found The White Horse Saloon in Union Mills, IN. We find the best places to eat are often off the beaten path and family owned. This one did not disappoint…from our walking in to walking out. Our waitress was on top of her game, very friendly and engaging. We ordered onion pedals with “boom boom sauce”…WOW!! What a great start to our lunch…my wife described them as the Roadhouse Blooming Onion without the mess. Absolutely awesome…then the burgers. We both ordered cheeseburgers with the shoestring fries. I have to say probably one of the best burgers I’ve had. Perfectly cooked and served with all the toppings. Just a note, the boom boom sauce was perfect for dipping the fries in. To top off the visit the owner strolled over and engaged with us. What a great experience and great food. This is a hidden gem off the beaten path…one that we will visit more even tho about 90 minutes of real estate separates us from there. The challenge…will the owner remember our names
